The Star Pirates are finally able to see Shells Town, but another interruption occurs, and only Roya is there to see it. A small boat, carrying a green-haired lady preparing her swords to fight another pirate.
Roya, surprised to see someone who looks like Zoro, allows her to board the ship and gets a closer look on her.
"Three swords, what a weird sword style. But I guess I'm going to have to beat you up."
"I never expected a man to be here, but hopefully you have a large bounty on you."
"*Holds in laugh* Ye, I do have a large bounty, but you are not getting any of it."
"Why are you holding back your laugh? I will show you why they call me 'Pirate Hunter'"
Zora finally gets ready to attack, until Roya spawns his gloves and puts them on.
"You waited for me? I thought you would have attacked me there?"
"I have to at least be honourable against anybody I face, and that includes even you."
"Thanks, anyway, if I beat you, would you join my crew?"
"Of course I won't, it's better to be a bounty hunter than to be a pirate."
Roya waits for Zora to initate the first attack, and she doesn't hesitate to attack using a named move.
"Three-sword style: Onigiri!"
Roya blocks with two of his arms, not receiving any damage, shocking Zora until she gets caught off guard with a jab on her stomach, making her spit out lots of blood. Roya doesn't stop, initiating a kick on her thigh, temporarily disabling it and about to hit her in the chest until she blocks it.
"I can't allow you to do tha-"
Roya ignores her, snatching two of her swords, one on the mouth and the other from the right hand, and distancing himself away from her.
"You can't do that, why are you taking my swords?!"
"Your a swordswoman, right?"
"Yes, I am, but what does that have to do wit-"
"You buffoon, if I take away your weapons, you can't carry on attacking me, so I have an even higher advantage now."
"Roya, why is there a green-haired lady here." Dadan comes out, eating a chicken wing while the rest of the crew come out, including Kobie and Makino.
"Some bounty hunter I supp-"
"Zora, is that you!?" Kuina is extremely surprised seeing her best friend and former rival attacking her captain.
"Huh! K-kuina, how are you alive?!"
"You don't need to know, do you want to carry on attacking me or do you want to join my crew so I don't have to embarrass you even more?"
"F-fine, just because you beat me and Kuina joined your crew, I will join it as well."
"Good, go with Kuina and catch up with her, also, here are your swords."
Zora goes inside with Kuina, whilst crying loudly, while Roya goes to Makino to give him the rest of the food that has not been eaten yet.
*1 hour later*
"Finally, we have arrived here and Kobie, get away from me to avoid suspicion, remember when I said the Marine Base here is mostly corrupt?"
"Ye, I know, that's why you have to destroy some of the base and beat up most of the corrupt marines here, and to come to the Marine Base as soon as you destroy it."
"Ye, and also to see how strong this supposed 'Axe-Hand' is. Who wants to come with me?"
"Me!"
"Only you Lucy? Alright, I guess we are going to get our first bounties."
"Hooray! I hope I get a good first bounty, and also more than you Roya."
"You definitely won't get more than me, I'm the captain idiot and I'm stronger than you."
"Way to ruin the moment." Makino says teasingly while Roya just shrugs his shoulders and walks out of the ship with Lucy towards the Marine Base.
*30 minutes later*
"Woah, so this is a Marine Base! It's so big!"
"*whispers* That's what she said."
"What did you say?"
"Nothing, let's hurry up and beat up these so-called 'Justice seekers'."
"Alright, let's get these Marines!"
Roya and Lucy walk into the Marine base, already knocking out the guards and walking steadily. They finally arrive onto the roof after blitzing the rest of the fodder Marines, and meet Morgan, the captain of the base.
"Hmmm, so a man has decided to come up here into the Marine Base, and thinks he can get away this."
"Shut the fuck up, and show me why you are called 'Axe-Hand'"
"Don't talk to my mum like that, you shouldn't have even tried to come against us, you arrogant fool." Helmeppa backs up her mom, thinking Roya has no chance in defeating the invincible 'Axe-Hand' Morgan herself.
"Lucy, attack them all, but don't try to hurt the blonde one and I'll go for the captain."
"Of course Captain!"
While Lucy starts to play around with the other marines, Roya starts to put on his gloves, ignoring the strike from Morgan's axe.
"This is what happens when you get too arrogant!"
Roya tanks the hit, not acknowledging the axe that is on his soldier, and finally finishes putting on his gloves and looks up to Morgan's shocked face.
"What did you say?"
Roya proceeds to rip out the axe hand, releasing a shout from Morgan, and throwing back the axe towards her. She blocks it, but gets a punch on her knee, making her kneel and setting up a mean uppercut.
But instead of a normal punch, it is a...
"BLACK FLASH!!!"
Morgan is sent flying, disappering into the sky, while red electricity floats around Roya, still in his uppercut position.
You have successfully hit your first Black Flash, your prize is a massive increase in all three forms of Haki.
'Perfect, by hitting only one Black Flash. And this feeling... it's so relaxing and fantastic. I need to remember this feeling in the future, in case I want to hit multiple Black Flashes.'
After Roya let the feeling go, he went to a deserted area of the Marine Base and punched downwards, breaking a part of the base, and jumping onto the ground.
"Lucy! Let's get out of here, we need to go to our next destination!"
"I'm coming! Let me just place these marines onto the ground, and what should I do with the blond hair girl?"
"Leave her, we just need to get out of here."
Roya and Lucy get out and head back to the ship after Makino and the rest had restocked, leaving Kobie to become a Marine much earlier in the story with Helmeppa, catching the eye of Vice Admiral Garla, 'Hero of The Marines'.
