Morgans, after a hefty amount of time, finally publishes Roya's escape from Mihawke, and the killing of a former sun pirate, leading to Roya's bounty massively increasing to 800 million, while his entire crew gets 80 million each. This had caused a massive controversy, a man who has not even came out of the East Blue, getting 800 million as a bounty, 600 million more than his previous even though he is massively injured, as shown in his pictures.
Due to this rapid increase in bounty, and escaping the Strongest Swordswoman in the World, many Pirates, Revolutionaries, Marines and Celestial Dragons have started taking consideration in trying to capture/meet him.
This had led to Loguetown becoming a fortress, waiting for Admiral Kizaru to stop Roya from entering the Grandline. They believe that this will cause Roya's short journey to end, but sadly, plans don't always go successful.
"We are nearing Loguetown everyone, and I sense a lot of Marines here, we are going to have a large scale fight."
"Got it! Let's beat up those Marines! Lucy says excitedly, ready to have her first real fight, while the others have mixed reactions.
"Do we really have to land here?" Nami says, confused on why they would land in Loguetown.
"Well, what I've observed is that all of our supplies are starting to dwindle. Meaning we won't make it to Reverse Mountain if we don't supply here."
"Are we heading to the Grandline then?"
"Na. We are heading to all the Blues first, and its going to be.... the North Blue."
Roya finally says, and disappears, running across the sea and destroying a Marine ship with his punch.
"Let's knock these suckers ooooooout!!"
Roya finally lands on Loguetown, sweeping away multiple Marines and running to the base, when he comes into contact with the captain, Smoker, and her deputy, Tashigi.
"Roya, your time has come."
Smoker turns into smoke, catching Tashigi completely off guard until Roya, appears behing them both.
"So...you're the ones holding this fortress down, is that it?"
Smoker, caught off guard, tries to go for a hit behind her, but she hits nothing, allowing Roya to grab the back of her neck with Armament Haki, and catch Tashigi's blade easily.
"I suggest you call of this fleet, unless you want me to massacre everyone here."
"Never! I won't allow someone like you to head to the Grandline!"
Smoker tries to use her smoke abilities to trap Roya, but he flings Tashigi away, knocking her out, and slams Smoker into the ground.
"Look, I ain't asking you to remove the fleet, I'm telling you that you have to. Unless you want to see the destruction of the island your supposed to protect with your own eyes."
Roya punches Smoker's back, causing her to stop struggling and continue to be awake while struggling to get out. He goes and picks up Tashigi, who is asleep, and walks towards the place where Roger was executed.
"You know, I've heard you have a proper sense of justice, which makes you an extremely respectable Marine. Sadly, nobody cares, because your too weak to even implement that sort of justice. You're just wasted talen-"
"S-shut up. W...why should I listen to a pirate like you?"
"All I'm saying is that, if we are both alive in the future, you better make these seas livelier, and also make sure to aim for the admiral position at least. I want to see your face again when I'm in the New World, becoming King of the Pirates, showing you who rules the seas, and soon to be.... the world."
Roya, after shit talking Smoker throws her across the square crashing into a building, while Roya activates his Observation Haki, sensing multiple people, who are not Marines, running towards him.
"Are you the one shaking up our hometown!?" Barto, Desire and many other people from Barto's mob crew, start running towards Roya who is confused.
"Who the fuck are you?"
Roya launches a punch in the air which triggers Barto to release her shield, protecting the people around her.
"A shield fruit? Annoying."
Roya dodges Desire's attack and weakly punches her gut sending her tumbling away, and punches the ground, causing Barto and the rest of her group to trip up, which Roya takes advantage of.
He blitzes Barto, grabbing both her hands, and headbutting her, making her dizzy, while he leads with a strike on her chest, making her pass out. he throws her to the side and proceeds to carry on walking forward, ignoring the rest of Barto's crew.
'I guess these lot have finished resupplying now, I think it's best to hurry up and leave this place for good. But, isn't this too quick for a supposed fortress, stopping a man with a 800 million bounty, which somehow makes Nami more happy towards me, and letting me leave the East Blue? I have a bad feeling about this.'
Roya runs back to his ship, and spotting Desire chasing him, making him stop.
"Aren't you going to help out your boss?"
"She's not my boss, but I do have to take revenge for her."
Desire attacks with her pipe, making Roya dodge it and kick her leg, making her fall, and kicking her away into another building.
'I guess lots of the people here are hiding, I guess they were ordered to by the Marines.'
Roya carries on running, until he sees a bloodied up Smoker and Tashigi waiting for him.
'This is weird, why are they trying to always fight me a second time all of a sudden, I guess I need to knock them both out, properly.'
Roya proceeds to disappear, making Smoker and Tashigi to turn around, but Roya is behind them now, allowing him to fully punch Smoker in the back.
Black Flash!!!
Smoker, fully knocked out again, crashes into a building while Roya grabs Tashigi right arm and leg, and fully throwing her into the same building, causing it to crash down completely.
Roya, finally satisfied, runs back towards the coast, where he ignores the Marines firing at him and looks at the ship running away. Roya, smiling, runs and is about to jump until....
"Have you ever been kicked at the speed of light?"
Kizaru came.
