The difference between them lies most likely in the brain or the mind, the reason might be in one of the two or maybe even both, my inability to read their thoughts might be also related to the scarce amount of psions in the surroundings, but the possibility of that being true was quite low, after all i can still see like i always have, always was an exaggerated way to put it, after all I'm only who knows how many days old, i haven't been awake for even half an hour, before being forced back to sleep .

I know you are all excited about the initial success of the operation, but we are still a long way from truly calling what we achieved today a success, so bear that in mind and focus on the matters at hand, don't forget how many samples were lost to achieve this little bit of success, from here and onward, our path towards achieving complete success will begin, starting with assessing the current 40 samples throughly day and night, the work load is going to be heavier than ever before, from this day forward, so don't start slacking just yet, in addition we still aren't sure if this batch results would be satisfactory or not, so don't celebrate too early as to not regret it later on .
His words were like a waterfall of cold water splashing on the heads of all the people that was gloating over this successful achievement, reminding all of them of the sacrifices made through the way till this point and a reminder of what yet to come, this success of their was nothing but the starting line, the mood in the room directly become solemn, everyone was feeling a bit down after hearing the head researcher's truthful but harsh words, but luckily the solemnity didn't go on for long as the door of the room suddenly opened and another researcher came and cheerfully handed the head researcher another report, then he began to notice the solemnity in the atmosphere, so he asked attentively :

Thank you for taking care of us Dr, they did reply to his bow with their own bow of gratitude in a systematic fashion, but their spirits lightened up a bit and the atmosphere in the room become a bit more cheerful and all that was thanks to the man named Maglan, who suddenly appeared in the room .
After a few minutes of rejoicing freely, the stern voice of the head researcher resonated once again reminding all of them to go back to their work .

Normally, that in itself could mean that he might struggle a bit with building magic sequences .

He was about to continue, but was interrupted by the sudden outstretched hand of the head researcher grabbing him by the collar of his coat while yelling, saying :

The head researcher then took a deep breath then he sat on his chair and nodded a few times as if indicating his silent agreement on this, after that he raised his hands in resignation before saying in an exacerbating tone :
So, what about the second superpower you mentioned, then, is there any proof that could enforce the validity of this speculations of yours, i want the accurate percentage of how much certain are you about this second superpower existing .
Seeing that the doctor was finally beginning to let go of the grudge over that small matter, he began to say in a bit hesitant voice :
I'm not trying to brag or anything like that, but i'm 90 percent certain of the second superpower existence, but how can i put this, sir allow me ask you this first, do you believe that magicians can keep releasing their Psion or magic spells constantly over a long period of time without resting ? .
The doctor looked at him as if he was looking at an idiot, it wasn't like he wanted to ridicule or criticize his assistant in a malicious way, but the absurdity of the question he gave did really make the head researcher wonder, whether his assistant had finally lost his mind or what .
But noticing the subject they were discussing and its possible link to the bizarre question that guy asked and seeing that he wasn't busy doing anything else, he was willing to spare some of his time, following and trying to understand his assistant weird thoughts, so he began to think throughly about how to answer that question, after clearing his mind and forming the answer in his mind he began to say :
I know of a few methods and items that could allow magicians to burst with stronger magic and for an increased amount of time, but they all have more or less dire consequences if they were used excessively, but that probably isn't your point of asking this .

The cycle to recover consumed Psions began with resting, because you can't regain what you already lost, you already aware of how magic in today's world work, even the weakest spell, once launched, it will disperse most of the Psions in its surroundings, so the magicians who will keep releasing his magic power, will have to find away to regain the magic power spent, but that will require him to first stop releasing magic power and rest for a few hours and if he forced himself to continue releasing magic power, he at the best case scenario, might get his Magic Calculation Area injured, crippling him from using magic, the worst case scenario would be if he were not to allow himself to fall in a coma and continued to overload himself, his Magic Calculation Area might overheat and he will directly die as a result of using his own life force as a fuel to invoke phenomena, so what you are asking about is something impossible to exist in both reality and even theoretically .
Just as he finished, a click like sound came and another report was handed to the Doctor who was currently in a sore mode just as he finished saying those words, the doctor looked at his assistant scornfully and said :

The doctor gave his assistant a meaningful look, but still opened the report and the moment he finished reading the data of the first day and flipped the second page, he almost dropped the report in his hand to the ground out of shock .
