Keifer's POV
I was sitting on the couch in the hall, checking some documents that had come from London from my office.
I was busy with that when Mumma and Keiren arrived. They both sat on the couches as well.
"What are you doing, Kuya?" Keiren asked, clinging to Mumma.
"I'm checking some documents," I replied, focusing on the files.
"You've been doing this for a long time. Now stop it," Mumma said.
"Ok, okay, I'll just leave it for a while," I replied, placing the documents and files on the table.
"When will your entrance exams start?" Mumma asked.
Then I remembered that the exams were coming up.
"In just a few days," I replied.
"So, you'll have to go back to London for your exams?" Keiren asked.
"Yeah, and I'll have to stay there for two months," I replied.
"But you don't spend much time with us these days," Keiren said.
"I have to stay there for two months because I need to complete some work and also appear for exams. I'll be back very soon," I replied.
"But before you leave, we'll all definitely watch a movie once—a family movie night," Keiren said.
"But don't take too much stress because of work, okay?" Mumma added.
"Don't worry, Mumma," I replied.
Suddenly, my phone started ringing. I checked, it was Jay.
I picked up the call.
"Hello, Keifer."
"Hi Jay, what are you doing?"
"Keifer, the entrance exams are about to start the day after tomorrow. We'll have to go back to London tomorrow," she said.
"Yeah, we will," I replied.
"Did you eat something?" she asked.
"Yeah, you?" I asked.
"Yeah," she replied.
"Because of all this, I didn't even realize that the exam date had come," I said.
"We have to leave tomorrow, but tomorrow is your birthday. What do we do now?" she asked.
"We'll see," I replied.
"Hmmm, okay. Bye, take care, and love you," she said.
"Bye, love you," I replied, then ended the call.
Mumma and Keiren were staring at me as if I had killed someone.
"What?" I asked.
"Nothing, nothing," they both replied.
"Let's go, Mumma. I'll show you something," Keiren said, pulling her along with him.
"Now, where are you going?" I asked.
They both ignored me and walked away. Wow! Who am I?
I focused on the files and started checking them again.
(In the evening)
I was in my room, talking to Bella on the call.
"So, what time do we have to leave for the flight tomorrow?"
"At 05:00. We can go at that time," I replied.
"Okay then," she said, and cut the call.
"Sir, Ma'am is calling you," a maid said from the doorway.
"Ohh, I'm coming in a few minutes," I replied.
I stayed there for a while, then got up and started walking downstairs.
When I got there, it was dark.
"Mumma, where are you? Did you call me?" I asked, trying to find the switchboard.
Suddenly, the lights turned on by themselves, and what did I see?
Everyone was there—Jay, Mumma, Keiren, Keifer, and the rest of my friends.
"Ohhh, guys! You all are here? And who is this cake for?" I asked.
"Happy birthday to you,Happy birthday to you,Happy birthday, happy birthday, happy birthday to you…"
"Happy birthday, my dear," Mumma greeted."Happy birthday to my Keifer," Jay said.
And everyone greeted me one after another.
"Okay, yeah, yeah, wait, wait… but my birthday is tomorrow, right?" I asked.
"Yeah, but Mumma wanted to celebrate it together before you leave, so we thought we'd celebrate in advance," Jay replied.
"And that's why I called everyone here," Mumma said.
"Ohhh… you guys are really… really…"
"Let's just celebrate this and enjoy the moment," Mumma said.
"Woooo, let's go!" Ci-n replied.
"Now just cut the cake, I want to taste it," Keiren said.
"Okay guys, let's cut the cake," I replied, starting to cut it.
I fed Mumma a bite, then Keiren, Keifer, Jay, and finally everyone.
I really felt so happy because everyone was here to celebrate with us, to enjoy with us.
May God keep everyone happy like this.

I wish they all could remain happy like this… but there's someone who cannot bear to see their happiness.(Who is preparing to take revenge)
