I scoffed and stepped toward him, entering the tent.
The three of them looked at me with wide eyes, as if wondering what I was about to do. I bent down, grabbed a chair, dragged it in front of the table, and sat down cross-legged, facing Director Juan directly.
"Why don't you call Miss Cherry, if you have her number?" I said with a smile.
"Who are you to tell me what to do?" he snapped.
"Oh? So you don't actually have her number, do you? You were just bluffing earlier to look cool. If you really have it, then go ahead and call her."
