After dinner, everyone helped clean up. Well. Most of them helped.
Doyun supervised from the couch.
"You're doing great, guys. Really great work."
"You're literally not doing anything," Taekyung said.
"I'm providing moral support."
"That's not a thing."
"It absolutely is a thing. I'm very supportive."
"You're very lazy."
"Those aren't mutually exclusive."
Soorin was rinsing plates when Minjae appeared next to her.
"Let me show you the spare room. We should get it set up before it gets too late."
"Okay. Thanks."
They walked down the hallway. Past closed doors. Haejin's room. Doyun's. Taekyung's.
At the end, Minjae opened a door.
The room was tiny. Maybe seven by nine feet. A futon on the floor. Some boxes stacked in the corner. A small window looking out at the city.
"It's not much," Minjae said. "But it's private. And we can move the boxes."
Soorin stepped inside. It smelled like dust and old paper. But it was clean.
"It's perfect. Really."
