As All might was looking at the boy crying tears of joy at the fact of being told that he COULD be a HERO by none other than his Idol was more than enough to make the boy completely break into tears.
Seeing the boy now he felt a sense of happiness inside himself as the truth was he himself was never born with a quirk .
He the greatest hero in japanese history and one of the greatest in the world was infact born quirkless and so looking at the boy infront of him he saw a bit of himself.
A young man who just like the boy was an extremely determined individual who wanted to help and safe society and thus approached his idol .
As he was reminiscing about his past a thought came to his mind as he once again looked at the boy .
If he had met the boy about 3 months earlier then he would have been a perfect candidate to pass on his quirk yes he All might had infact received a quirk from someone else that quirk being ONE FOR ALL...
Yes the boy infront of him had nearly everything a good enough physique to as the container for the quirk's power, a extremely good skill set for combat, a kind heart and most importantly a Hero's mindset he had it all.
But yes unfortunately he met the boy too late but he wasn't disappointed on who he chose as his successor he was sure that person will become a great hero and so will the boy infront of him.
And so after having a short talk with All might and actually exchanging numbers with him midoriya finally reached home.
Where his mother immediately jumped him in her worry as she just like himself cried rivers of tears and when he told her about his encounter with All might both of them started crying rivers of tears but this time with joy.
And so after the incident both Bakugo's and Midoriya's reputation skyrocketed and everyone in school started talking to them but both of them mainly avoided them with midoriya being much more gentle about it.
After school they would head to the gym where Julius would congratulate them on their battle but still warned them on a few mistakes they made during the fight.
And so Julius told about how U.A entrance exam was in 8 months time and so he decided to do some more training.
One of which involved them having to clean the Takoba Municipal Beach Park which was in an even worst shape them the beach we had cleaned last time and so began their 8 months in hell.
Whether it was Bakugo or Midoriya or Beru they all were out through the most extreme and extensive training possible by having them perform various task .
Bakugo had to increase the overall power of his quirk without the extended charge time needed by literally having him sweat buckets and having him use his quirk in Julius's private property near the mountains which the boys didn't know he had.
Beru on the other hand wasn't trained physically but rather had to learn plethora of books about electronics and mechanical engineering and we'll as computer programming and with the knowledge he learnt Beru had to make gears to further help train the others.
Midoriya on the other hand was trained through pure physical torture with constant duels with Bakugo and julius himself with both beating him brutally but the training turned out to be effective.....very effective.
And so one day as Midoriya was cleaning the beach he heard a sound of someone from the other side of a giant heep of garbage.
And so he got curious and took a look and who it was that he heard and so when he saw the person he was quite surprised at the person's appearance.
As the girl yes girl could only be described as beautiful with a very beautiful physical appearance with pale skin and the combination of long brown hair with bangs and blue eyes and looked around the same age as himself.
As he was wondering why a girl like her was here of all places he saw her take a stance as she lowers her body spread her legs and pull her hand back and closed her eyes.
As she calmly started breathing it presented picture of such a serene atmosphere as she breathe in and breathe out as suddenly a wave of near electric like currents started travelling throughout her body then she suddenly opened her eyes.
"30% VEGAS SMASSSSSHHHHHH!!!!!!!!"

The punch generated enough force to completely destroy all the garbage that was blocking the view to the ocean as she stood the basking on the sunlight that managed to pierce through after the garbage was destroyed to midoriya the scene was mesmerizing until.
" Ouch ouch my arms hurts damn !!!!! Guess 30% is my current limit ahahahhahaha!!!!" She says as she let's get right arm fall limp while she placed her left arm on her hips and laughed out loudly.
"Ahhahaahhah hahaha haha ha.....areh who are you?" She says as she finally saw midoriya who was for some reason unknown to her was writing furiously on his note while muttering.
"Um hey!!!!!" She calls out to the boy who stopped writing and looked at her there was an awkward silence between the both of them until midoriya his his notes behind him and slowly walked back.
Seeing that the boy was walking away she started walking forwards towards him with a grin on her face and this continued on for a while until midoriya started sprinting with her following behind him also sprinting.
The two ran for a while but it was clear from the start who was faster as soon the girl eventually caught up to midoriya and grabbed him by the shoulders.
Midoriya by pure instinct grabbed her hand and performed a judo throw in and instant seeing what he had done midoriya panicked and instead of slamming her to the floor which is what he generally does he threw her away instead.
But the girl quickly corrected her position and landed on her feet with a smile on her face as looked at midoriya with happiness.
"Oi oi is that how you treat a girl you just met by peeping on her and judo throwing her? Hmmmnnn?" She says with a grin on her face.
"I ...i....i I'm extremely sorry sorry sorry" midoriya repeatedly bowed his head as he apologized to her seeing this the girl just laughed.
"Hey man I'm just meshing with yah hahahaha" she just started to laugh again midoriya seeing her laugh just released a breath that he didn't know he was holding while not apologising.
"Man you make me laugh so hard your reactions are so cute!!!!"
"Cu-cut- cute!!!!"
"Yah like right now hahahah!!"
" Ah ah thanks?"
"Ahahahahah anyway why don't we introduced ourselves first before we do anything else" hearing this midoriya agreed and so he introduced himself.
"Well I'm Izuku Midoriya and you are ?" He asked politely seeing this the girl just smiled happily and introduced herself.
"My name is Aoko Aozaki!!!!!"
