"The 13 SEATS?" As everyone heard that they were sceptical as they had never heard about them except.
"So finally someone decided to act huh" it came from among the heroes who were on video call everyone looked at the individual all at once even Stars.
The man was India No.28 hero Chakra who had remained as the one of the greatest hero in Southern Asia for the last 40 years and was highly respected as a former No.1 .
"Do you know about them Chakra" asked the Singapore pro hero Big Red Dot who himself was a top hero .
"Why don't we let Stars speak first shall we after that I'll answer your question." Chakra spoke as he points at Stars to continue first.
" Very well then hah" she sighs as he looks down for a while and breathes in a slow calming motion.
"The 13 SEATS are a group of individuals spread across the entire world from America to India , from Brazil to England, from Australia to even Russia.
They have essentially established themselves throughout 13 different countries as extremely powerful individuals both literally and politically.
They are an extremely dangerous group as each individual has a quirk that essentially puts them at the absolute apex of the entire world .
My goal here is to gather all of you to help me take them down with utmost caution as well extreme force and so for now please do ask your questions before I can tell you all who the members are" with that she ends her brief description of them as well as the reason for their gathering.
"Wait how powerful are we talking about?" Said another hero this time it was V-tor a problem hero from Canada.
" One of the members is the Hawaiian silhouette" immediately they all became alerted as the Hawaiian silhouette was thought by many to be the cause of the great Hawaii eruption.
"You mean to say that the eruption was indeed caused by a quirk?!!!!" As another hero asked this time it was the Japanese pro hero Best jeanist.
" Yes you are correct the greatest volcanic eruption in over 400 years was indeed caused by the quirk of a singular person and that person is just one of the 13 members of the group " as she states that fact the rest of the room finally got a grasp of the weight of the situation.
"Infact I've encountered 6 of it's members personally and fought against 2 both of which I lost" as she says that with extreme shame the rest were shocked at the fact that she the wielder of the quirk New Order lost was completely unexpected.
"So who was it Stars the ones you fought " Chakra immediately leaned towards the screen with utmost attention.
"The one I lost to were the 9th SEAT in India AV'TAAR And the 4th SEAT in USA New Order " hearing that Chakra slowly leaned back towards his seat and just signed in defeat.
" My theory was correct afterall huh that's just depressing" he states as the others were extremely confused as what this theory was.
" And what is this theory sir" ask the Russian pro hero Brave March as he knew Chakra was a man who only spoke the truth.
" You see over 30 years ago during the peak of my career me and the former Russian No.1 hero Vrax had heard about a rather peculiar incident happening in Northern India.
Where thousands of people were having a bad case of amnesia unlike the glitch incident this was happening with much more concrete proofs of the fact that a quirk was in play .
And so I called Vrax who was on an international exchange event at the time, we both went to the state of Kashmir or more exactly the no man's land between Pakistan and India.
It was there that we encountered her...."after saying that he went quiet.
" Her?" Asked V-tor as he was listening intently at the old pros story as there was indeed an incident that happened there but there were no official documents about it.
The other heroes as well were listening intently as this story directly correlates to the unexplained event where the Russian No.1 Vrax was brought back in a body bag with Chakra being forced to temporarily retire for 8 years due to injuries.
And the most mysterious part no one knew how it happened not even the government nor the people not even the hero himself.
"Yes her we both eventually confronted her at a lone house just outside of the town nearby where we questioned her.
She answered all of our questions without any hesitation at all and so we asked her a few more questions about the amnesia and she confirmed that she was indeed the cause.
And so we tried to arrest her but before we could the town was attacked by a group of fanatic quirk supremist and so we immediately went to save the civilians.
It was then that my memory went blank" he went silent yet again.
" ....." Everyone was a bit unnerved by how he was acting as this was unusual for the old pro.
" When my memories came back I was amongs a pile of dead bodies surrounding me and Vrax ...
We noticed that All the bodies were of the quirk supremist all brutally murdered and we both realised the murderers were us" this time he clenched his fist and squeezed his forehead.
" Wait what!!!!!?" Shouted the various heroes all across the room but Stars was quiet which various other heroes noticed.
" Yes we realised we were brainwashed and the one who did it was the woman her name was-" before he could say it he was interrupted by Stars .
"AV'TAAR that is her name and here quirk is called mental note" she states as she looks down in shame as they realised that this was the one she lost against.
"Yes that's right the one who killed Vrax with just her thoughts and completely and utterly destroyed me inside out.
She brainwashed me to essentially destroy myself and that's how I was injured as for why there was no information on about the whole incident "
Everyone unknowingly gulped as this was completely outside what they were expecting.
" It was because she brainwashed the entirety of New Delhi the capital of India that's right a grand total of 40 million people were brainwashed all at once " as soon as they heard that they all stood up as this was completely rediculous.

Stars and Stripes who heard the question also looked at the old pro as she took wanted to know what the theory was though she had a feeling she knew what it was.
" Hah Stars did any of the 6 you encountered confirmed their age " and immediately she knew she was right.
" Yes the 4th SEAT told me that he was infact 95 years old he should be 97 now...." As she said that the others were surprised as this was extremely unusual as people of that age were generally the ones with specific non aging quirks but the one they just heard about clearly didn't have this quirk.
" Well AV'TAAR's first reported sighting was over 140 years ago...."
