passed at mall of the North because I
wanted to buy some few clothes. Mama
Ndlovu gave me some money to buy
clothes but still insisted we will do our
big shopping spree in Johannesburg
when I get back.
I was passing at Spitz and saw this
beautiful flat shoe by the window, I really
didn't want to buy it because I knew that
shop is so expensive but I just wanted to
enter and look and laugh at the
ridiculous price. I got in and my eyes
landed on her, it was really her. She was
just buying everything in the shop. I
couldn't believe it I just stood there
looking at her while busy calculating my
next move.
Linomtha: Ow my word it's really her indeed, this is the girl who is accusing Dr Walaza of raping her. So she can afford shopping at Spitz? I remembered one of the article's I read they mentioned that her grandmother is her legal guardian since her mother passed away. So how does she afford shopping here? I decided to go and start a small chat with her go like ow I love those shoes you holding I need to know more about this girl. The nice thing is she doesn't even know me so I walked towards her but then stopped once I was just next to her I remember that what I am doing is unethical. I just pretended to be looking at some bags luckily I managed to hear her conversation with the girls he was with
Girl: "Chomi are you sure you can afford all those items phela they are too much"
State complainant: "Ofcos chomi I have so much money now, I have inherited so much from my aunt"
Girl: "O lucky chomi"
State Complainant: "Kele hulagagole ya mphedisha chomi" (Your death makes me leave my friend)
It then decided that I have heard enough, it was now time to go and do some research and gather evidence for this case. This girl is making this rape case up. I decided to cancel my shopping plans and head straight to the hotel.
We arrived at the hotel and my driver told me he will be in his room. I must just give him a call if I want to go somewhere. The hotel was lovely. I swear if I didn't stay at the Ndlovu's I would be like a little girl who just received a lollipop, but I had already got a taste of living at fancy places so I wasn't so head over hills. I quickly called Mama Ka Lino and told her I have arrived safely. I will come see her.
Sometime this week. I went online and searched for all the articles regarding this rape case. I saved all of them and analysed them. I called Baba Ndlovu.
Baba Ndlovu: "Mtwanawami" (My child)
Linomtha: "Baba, we have arrived safely and I have already started working. I need your help with something."
Baba Ndlovu: "Glad to hear that, what kind of help?"
Linomtha: "I need background information about our complainant."
Baba Ndlovu: "I have already done that, check it on the file. There is really nothing to discredit her character. She is staying with her grandmother and has a boyfriend. They are madly in love. They are the same age group. She lives a very good lifestyle."
Linomtha: "Ok maybe I was too quick to judge her. Do you know anything about the money she inherited from her aunt?"
Baba Ndlovu: "That is new to me, where did you get that?"
Linomtha: "I met her today at Spitz and she mentioned it."
Baba Ndlovu: "Linomtha you can't be having any conversation with her, that is very unethical." He sounded so disappointed.
Linomtha: "No baba I didn't talk to her at
