Lina's point of view: Salvacion Tech Offices, San Francisco, in the morning
Diego is sitting across from me, and the serious look on his face makes my stomach twist into knots. The Italian espresso between us seems to be steaming along with my racing thoughts. It's been weeks since i got engaged, and this is the first time we've had a real meeting since then.

I check the numbers. Investment of fifty million. I've only dreamed about being able to get into European markets. Diego's reputation backs mine. All the work I've done.
"This is amazing," I say softly.
"It's what we talked about." He leans forward a little bit. "You and I are going to build something together. Do you remember? "Before everything got hard."
