"Now, it's my turn to be the hunter." Law watched Drake's disappearing back, his expression icy.

He wasn't the kind to repay malice with kindness. Since his opponent was so ruthless, he would only be more ruthless. Since Drake wanted Law to score zero, Law would simply grant him his wish by making his score zero.

"Whoosh!" Like an agile ape, Law secretly shadowed Drake's movements. The Jungle Tracking and Concealment skills from the Hunting Academy proved invaluable to Law now.

...

"Damn it, that bastard, how is his marksmanship so accurate?" A frustrated Drake raged through the forest, the suffocating resentment in his heart impossible to vent, nearly driving him mad. Was there such a young marksman?

"Since I can't make that bastard's score zero, then I'll just have to make my score the top among all the recruits to wash away this humiliation. I'll become the center of attention, then Admiral Zephyr will immediately take notice and value me, surely taking me in as his personal disciple. Then I'll have plenty of opportunities to bully that bastard later." A sneer played on Drake's lips.

A hundred meters behind, Law followed closely, the surrounding terrain imprinted in his eyes. He instantly found the most perfect route, moving like a phantom, leaping several meters in a single bound, landing silently, traversing the forest like a ghost.

Ten minutes later.

Law concealed himself within dense thorns, his gun slowly aiming forward. Two hundred meters ahead, a fierce beast battle was unfolding. Drake, transformed into his Allosaurus form, attacked with a frenzy that was astonishing. Though his Allosaurus physique wasn't yet massive, it was undeniably real. Drake, as an Allosaurus, experienced a multiple-fold increase in strength and attack methods. His opponent was a Giant Lizard, seven to eight meters long.

This was already the Intermediate Hunting Zone. In the initial Hunting Zone, prey primarily consisted of normal fierce beasts from nature, such as tigers, wild boars, and giant bears. In the Intermediate Hunting Zone, most prey were gigantic fierce beasts; the seven to eight-meter Giant Lizard before them was far larger than a normal Giant Lizard in the natural world. In the Advanced Hunting Zone, most prey were ancient fierce beasts, like dinosaurs.

The Giant Lizard charged furiously. Drake regarded the Giant Lizard with cold disdain, calmly opening his massive maw and biting down hard on the Giant Lizard's neck, directly severing its cervical spine. The Giant Lizard fell to the ground weakly, blood pooling everywhere.

"A Giant Lizard, ten points! Ten points are enough to surpass most recruits. With my hunting speed, what right does that Law guy have to compare himself to me? We both entered through special recommendations, but I'll make everyone understand that he simply can't compete. I will forever suppress him, giving him no chance to rise. This is just the beginning." The Allosaurus Drake revealed his sharp claws, reaching for the dying Giant Lizard's head.

"Bang!"

A bullet, arriving from out of nowhere, instantly pierced the Giant Lizard's eye, going straight through its head.

The Giant Lizard was dead.

The final blow was that bullet.

"..."

Drake was stunned. He blinked his bewildered, wide eyes, staring blankly at the deceased Giant Lizard. What just happened? This scene was all too familiar. The frustration he had managed to suppress now surged forth like a volcanic eruption.

"Who?! Who dares to steal my prey?!" Drake roared furiously, sweeping his gaze across the forest. The prey he had painstakingly captured, even resorting to his Devil Fruit ability to successfully secure, had been stolen just like that. Ten points, just snatched away. Drake's chest felt like it was plugged with a massive rock, an indescribable discomfort.

Drake charged wildly backward, destroying everything in his path. He couldn't find the enemy, so he resorted to this method to force them to appear.

"Get out here, Trafalgar Law! I know it's you! Are you man enough to show yourself?!"

The forest was silent, broken only by Drake's enraged roars.

"Huh?" An officer stood nearby. He had witnessed the scene but had no idea where the bullet came from, unable to identify who fired the shot. How was he supposed to record the score?

Law coldly watched Drake furiously destroy every possible hiding place. He stood up, waved at Drake, his lips slightly parted. No sound came out, but Drake knew it meant "zero."

"You bastard!" Drake roared, charging in fury, but Law had already turned and walked away with a flourish. In the forest, Drake simply couldn't catch him.

"Seven-Ton Giant Lizard, Trafalgar Law, ten points added!" The officer recorded the score in his notebook. His face showed some shock; he had heard of Drake's reputation, a monster recruit who had defeated dozens of new recruits on his first day. To now be bullied like this by another rookie was truly an astonishing sight.

"Damn it." Drake's bloodshot eyes stared at the now empty forest. He roared once more, then rushed towards the Advanced Hunting Zone at top speed: "If you dare, follow me! If you can keep up, if you dare to come to the Advanced Hunting Zone!"

...

Advanced Hunting Zone.

By the river, the Allosaurus Drake fiercely battled a ten-meter-long Imperial Crocodile. The riverbank's pebbles continuously shattered. After a grueling fight, the Allosaurus Drake sustained many injuries all over his body. Through his struggle, the Imperial Crocodile finally succumbed to excessive blood loss, on the verge of death.

"Die!" Drake attacked the Imperial Crocodile at his fastest speed; he didn't want it stolen again.

"Bang!" When the Allosaurus's gaping maw was only inches from the Imperial Crocodile's head, a bullet pierced the Imperial Crocodile's eye,貫穿its skull.

The final blow!

"Trafalgar Law, I'll kill you!" Staring at the now dead Imperial Crocodile, Drake roared, his crimson eyes fixed on the rear.

Law was waving and smiling at him from two hundred meters away: "Thanks!"

Unable to catch him, yet unable to shake him off. Drake was bewildered, aimlessly wandering through the forest when his pupils suddenly constricted. He saw Law boldly walking on a parallel mountain ridge three hundred meters away, moving in the same direction. Law wanted to tell Drake that he would stick with him, that he would snatch all his prey, and that he would bully him with his precise marksmanship and extreme range. His tactic was clear: to exploit Drake's short-range attacks.

Drake was so enraged he almost spat blood.

I don't believe you can steal all my prey.

But reality made Drake begin to question his life. All his kills were snatched by Law. Despite fighting tooth and nail, his score remained zero, and even destroying a section of the forest couldn't vent his frustration.

"Time's up. Combat exercise over." Zephyr's voice echoed across the entire island. Any fierce beasts killed now would not count towards the score.
