Mrs. May's eyes widened as she opened the door to find the female advisor standing before her, bowing low. "Good morning, Emperor," the advisor said, her voice respectful.
"How did you find me?" Mrs. May asked, her curiosity piqued.
"That's not important," the advisor replied, her expression unwavering. "What's important is that Lord Alexander wants you in his presence."
Mrs. May's expression turned incredulous. "What nonsense is that? My brother is dead."
The advisor's expression didn't change. "He has been awakened again."
Mrs. May's eyes widened in shock, and she gasped, knowing exactly what that meant. "You have to come with me," the advisor said, her voice firm.
"I've lost my powers," Mrs. May protested. "I don't know if I can go through the boundaries."
The advisor's expression softened slightly. "You don't have to worry about that. We'll use the other way."
With a wave of the advisor's hand, a realm appeared before them. Mrs. May sighed, knowing she had no choice, and stepped into the realm with the advisor. When they emerged, they were standing in a grand throne room, right in front of Alexander.
"Ah, it's good to see you again, sister," Alexander said, his voice dripping with amusement. "You're much more old than I expected. Or is it that you've lost your powers?"
Mrs. May's eyes narrowed, unsure if Alexander's words were a welcome or a mockery. Alexander chuckled, and with a wave of his hand, a dining table, chairs, and food appeared before them.
"Have a seat," he said, his voice inviting. Mrs. May sat down, her eyes fixed on Alexander's face. Alexander sat down as well, his eyes never leaving hers.
"You can eat anything you want," he said, but Mrs. May shook her head. "I'm not hungry. Just tell me why I'm here."
Alexander's expression turned serious, and he leaned forward. "I want to know what happened that day you and Isabel went to the fortune teller."
Mrs. May's lips pressed together, and she refused to respond.
Alexander's eyes glinted with amusement. "Don't think about lying. I know about the myths, and why I'm back to life."
Mrs. May's eyes flashed with defiance, but Alexander's expression turned cold. "If you don't want to talk, then I'll have to force it out of you."
As he spoke, his eyes glowed red, and Mrs. May felt herself being drawn into his spell. Her eyes turned red, and she began to speak, telling Alexander everything she knew.
After what felt like an eternity, Alexander smiled, and his eyes returned to normal. Mrs. May snapped back to herself, looking around in confusion.
"What happened?" she asked, her voice shaking.
"Nothing," Alexander replied, his voice dismissive. "Your work is done here. You can go home now."
Mrs. May knew Alexander was lying, but she stood up, not wanting to create a scene. She left the throne room, her heart heavy with foreboding.
When she arrived home, Mrs. Bell greeted her, concern etched on her face. "
When she arrived home, Mrs. Bell was waiting for her, concern etched on her face.
you're home," she said. "Where did you go?"
Mrs. May took a deep breath, her eyes filling with tears. "Mom, Alexander is alive."
Mrs. Bell's expression changed, confusion replacing concern. "What Alexander is alive? Wait, who's this Alexander?"
Mrs. May sighed, i forget you're 400years now,I have to explain everything to you because "You're too old, you can't even remember your own son. I have to explain everything." She turned and walked upstairs, leaving Mrs. Bell looking confused and concerned.
