The alpha boys gathered at the bar, their laughter and banter filling the air. Ace leaned in, a hint of vulnerability in his voice, "I don't know what to say, but I think I'm in love with Jace."
The others turned to him, surprised. "Really?" Lorenzo asked, a sly grin spreading across his face. "Since when did that start?"
Ace shrugged, looking a bit flustered. "I don't know, but I just can't help the way I feel about him."
The group erupted into laughter, and Harrison teased, "Who else has a confession?"
Adriel cleared his throat, a subtle smile playing on his lips. "I see, we have a volunteer..."
Lorenzo chuckled, his eyes sparkling with amusement. "I think I'm also in love with Adriel."
Hudson's eyes widened in mock surprise. "You think?"
Taejoon chuckled and poured Hudson a drink. "Well, this is what they call love in the air."
The group laughed and joked, their playful banter filling the room with warmth and camaraderie. As they teased each other, it was clear that their bond was strong, and their feelings for each other were only adding to the mix.
As they clinked their glasses together, Ace said with a smile, "To love, and to figuring out what the heck we're doing."
The others echoed his toast, laughing and cheering as they sipped their drinks.
Caleb's face turned bright red as he hesitantly added his confession to the mix. "I...I think I'm in love with Kai."
The group's laughter and teasing erupted once again, with Lorenzo joking, "Well, well, well! Looks like Caleb's got a crush!"
Harrison chimed in, "We've got a love fest going on here! Who's next?"
Hudson playfully nudged Caleb. "Kai's got a fan, folks!"
Ace grinned mischievously. "I think we need to get Caleb and Kai in the same room and see what happens."
The teasing continued, with everyone laughing and joking about Caleb's confession. Caleb's face grew even redder, but he couldn't help but laugh along with his friends.
Taejoon patted Caleb on the back. "Don't worry, man. We've got your back...and maybe even Kai's heart?"
The group turned to Taejoon, their eyes sparkling with curiosity. "What about you, Taejoon? What's going on with you and Han?" Lorenzo asked, a sly grin spreading across his face.
Taejoon's expression turned guarded, and he looked away, trying to brush off the question. "I don't know, guys. I'm still not over my ex, Chris. And Han...I don't know, he's just a friend."
The others nodded understandingly, but their eyes lingered on Taejoon, sensing that there was more to the story. What they didn't know was that idols from another group had walked into the bar and were standing behind them, listening in on their conversation.
As Taejoon continued to talk, his words seemed to contradict the emotions flashing across his face. "I mean, Han's a great guy, but I don't think I'm ready for anything serious."
The idols exchanged knowing glances, their eyes locked onto Taejoon with newfound interest. One of them whispered, "Looks like someone's got a crush, but doesn't want to admit it."
Taejoon, oblivious to the audience behind him, continued to speak, his words laced with a mix of denial and uncertainty. But deep down, he knew the truth - he was falling for Han, hard. He just didn't know how to process his feelings or admit them to himself, let alone to others.
As the group's conversation continued, they finally noticed han,Jace,Kai and Adriel standing behind them. Han's eyes locked onto Taejoon's, but his expression was unlike anything Taejoon had ever seen before. Han looked hurt, and Taejoon's heart sank.
Without a word, Han turned and walked out of the bar, leaving the others in an awkward silence. Taejoon's eyes widened in realization, and he quickly jumped up from his seat.
"Han, wait!" Taejoon called out, rushing after him. He pushed through the door and out into the cool night air, his eyes scanning the street for Han's familiar figure.
"Han!" Taejoon called out again, his voice rising in urgency. He spotted Han walking quickly down the street and took off after him, his long strides eating up the distance between them.
"Han, stop! Please!" Taejoon pleaded, finally catching up to him. He grasped Han's arm, spinning him around to face him. "i didn't mean it like that"
You don't have to explain yourself
Han's said, his eyes flashed with emotion, and for a moment, Taejoon saw a glimmer of hurt and vulnerability. But then Han's mask slipped back into place, and he pulled his arm free.
The air was thick with tension as Taejoon reached out to Han, his eyes pleading for understanding. "Han, talk to me. I know you're upset about what I said in there." His voice was soft, laced with a deep concern that seemed to echo through the empty hallway.
But Han's response was like a slap in the face. He took a step back, his eyes flashing with a mix of hurt and anger. "It doesn't matter," he said, his voice low and even, but laced with a venom that made Taejoon's heart ache. "Because I know now. You were just leading me on."
Taejoon's face fell, his eyes wide with a dawning realization. "What do you mean, Han?" he asked, his voice barely above a whisper.
Han's words cut like a knife. "You know what I met. It just...I can't believe I fell for someone like you." His voice cracked with emotion, and for a moment, Taejoon felt like he'd been punched in the gut.
Taejoon's eyes locked onto Han's, a mixture of guilt and sadness swirling in their depths. "You're in love with me," he whispered, the words hanging in the air like a challenge.
. "What do you think?" han spat, the words laced with a deep hurt.
Taejoon felt a pang of regret, his eyes filling with a deep sorrow. "Han, I'm sorry," he said, his voice cracking with emotion. "I didn't mean to make you feel this way."
But Han just shook his head, his eyes welling up with tears. "Which one of them You didn't mean to?" he repeated, his voice barely above a whisper. " You didn't mean to lead me on, or to make me think that there could be something between us?"
Taejoon's voice was detached, devoid of emotion. "Look, Han, it's not my fault you fell for me," he said, his words cutting. "I never led you on intentionally. And as for loving me...you need to get over it. I'll never love someone like you, not just you, but anyone from the idols. It's not going to happen."
. Taejoon's tone was final, a clear dismissal of Han's feelings. "You need to move on, Han. This isn't going anywhere."
Han's eyes welled up with tears, and before he could stop himself, he felt the first drop roll down his cheek.
Taejoon feeling hurt deep inside but didn't comfort han he just turned around and start walking away.
Han's tears streamed down his face as he rushed towards Taejoon, wrapping his arms tightly around him from behind. He buried his face in Taejoon's back, his body shaking with sobs.
"Taejoon, please," Han begged, his voice hoarse from crying. "Please, don't push me away. I know I shouldn't have fallen for you, but I couldn't help it. I love you, Taejoon. I love you so much."
Han's arms tightened around Taejoon's waist, holding him close. "Please, love me back. I'll do anything, just please don't leave me. I'll change, I'll be better, I'll be whoever you want me to be. Just please, don't reject me."
Taejoon's body stiffened, his muscles tensing under Han's touch. For a moment, he seemed frozen, unsure of how to react. Then, his voice came out firm, but laced with a hint of discomfort.
"Han, let go," Taejoon said, his tone firm but controlled. "This isn't going to change anything. I've told you how I feel, and I'm not going to lead you on further."
But Han held on tighter, his grip desperate. "I don't care, Taejoon. I don't care about anything else. Just please, love me. I'll make you happy, I promise. I'll be the best partner, the best friend, the best everything. Just please, don't leave me."
