Chapter 31 - Chapter 31 The Earth is My Territory

Above New York

Xiao Han hovered above the clouds, Super Vision piercing the atmosphere to lock onto an approaching stealth spaceship.

Its shape was angular, its surface covered in some kind of optical camouflage, but it was useless against Xiao Han's X-ray vision.

"A Kree Empire scout ship?" he muttered softly, his brow furrowed slightly.

Just then, the spaceship's hatch suddenly opened, and a figure slowly flew out – a tall humanoid creature covered in blue armor, its eyes under the helmet glowing with cold red light.

"Interesting Earthling, I didn't expect Earth to have a being like you. Your body is very special. Come back to the Kree Empire with me." The other party's voice came through some kind of amplifier, carrying a mechanized coldness.

Xiao Han narrowed his eyes: "Unfortunately, Superman is not for sale."

The Kree warrior seemed to freeze for a moment, then raised its arm, and an energy cannon instantly condensed: "Then, Death."

Zzzzt!

The high-energy particle beam tore through the air, striking directly at Xiao Han's face!

Xiao Han did not dodge or evade, letting the energy cannon hit his forehead.

A blinding light erupted, but the next second, his figure slowly emerged from the aftermath of the explosion, completely unharmed.

"That's it?" he sneered, his eyes suddenly lighting up with intense red light.

The Kree warrior clearly hadn't anticipated this scene; the System inside its armor was blaring alarms.

It quickly retreated, activating its full body shield simultaneously.

But it was too late.

Zzzzt! Boom!!

Xiao Han's Heat Vision, like two crimson spears, instantly pierced through the Kree warrior's shield and armor.

A large hole was melted through its chest, and the life signs within the armor rapidly failed.

"Impossible..." The Kree warrior looked down at its shattered body, its voice intermittent.

"Who... are you..."

"Superman."

Xiao Han responded flatly, then looked up at the rapidly retreating Kree spaceship.

"Trying to run?"

His figure instantly broke the sound barrier, streaking towards the spaceship like a black lightning bolt.

The Kree spaceship's engines were running at full power, attempting to escape, but it was meaningless against Xiao Han's speed.

A heavy punch!

Boom!!

The spaceship's hull caved in like paper, the entire vessel tumbled through space, and sparks flew from the internal System.

Xiao Han hovered in front of the spaceship, arms crossed, watching the panicked Kree inside the cockpit with cold eyes.

"Be more careful next life." His voice passed through the vacuum, directly entering the Kree's mind.

"Earth is my territory."

The Kree died. Xiao Han, by understanding and translating their script, learned that his purpose was to obtain the Tesseract.

After reading, he raised his hand, and Heat Vision precisely cut through; the spaceship's engines were completely destroyed.

The Kree spaceship lost power and began to fall towards Earth's atmosphere.

"Jarvis, track the landing point of that spaceship." Tony's voice suddenly came from the communicator. He had just arrived at the battlefield, his armor hovering nearby.

"We need this gift!"

Xiao Han nodded, watching the spaceship fall towards the designated area in the Atlantic Ocean.

Then, he turned to Tony: "It seems the Kree Empire is very interested in the Tesseract."

"Oh really? Looks like the armor legion needs to be put on the agenda." Tony responded sarcastically.

"But how did they know where the gem was?"

Xiao Han pondered for a moment: "Perhaps the previous spatial fluctuations attracted their attention."

He looked at Tony, "We need to be prepared. The Kree Empire won't give up so easily."

Tony's armor faceplate opened, revealing his serious expression: "So, we just provoked an interstellar empire?"

"Pretty much." Xiao Han shrugged.

"Fantastic." Tony rolled his eyes, "I knew nothing good would come from hanging out with you."

Xiao Han chuckled: "Regretting it?"

"Ha!" Tony grinned, and the armor's faceplate closed again. "Just kidding, this is way more exciting than developing clean energy!"

Their figures hovered above New York, the city lights below like stars.

The threat had emerged, but at this moment, there was only calm in Xiao Han's eyes.

"Come on, Tony." He turned and flew towards Stark Tower. "We still have work to do."

Tony matched his speed, the armor's thrusters emitting a brilliant blue exhaust flame.

"Like what?"

"Like..." Xiao Han's lips curved slightly upwards. "Putting an artificial Sun in our armor."

Tony's laughter rang out in the communication channel: "Ha! Now you're talking!"

In the night sky, two figures streaked across the horizon, flying towards Stark Tower.

...

The miniature prototype of the artificial Sun hovered on the central lab bench, emitting a soft golden light.

Tony Stark stood before the holographic projection, his fingers rapidly swiping through data streams, his brow tightly furrowed.

"The energy output is stable, but there's still an issue with the containment field fluctuations." he muttered softly, his fingertip lightly tapping a parameter on the projection.

Xiao Han stood to the side, his eyes faintly glowing gold, Super Vision piercing the reactor's casing to observe the internal plasma flow.

"The magic resonance frequency of the uru metal needs to be adjusted by another 0.3%." he suddenly spoke, pointing to a node on the hologram.

Tony raised an eyebrow: "You can even measure magic with your eyes?"

"Got used to it." Xiao Han shrugged.

Tony snorted, and with a swipe of his finger, the parameter was immediately adjusted.

The energy curve on the projection instantly smoothed out, and the containment field fluctuations vanished without a trace.

"Perfect!" Tony grinned, "Jarvis, record this value. Use this directly next time."

"Recorded, sir." Jarvis responded.

"Excellent, begin fusion!"

A few hours later.

Tony whistled, crossing his arms over his chest, and looked with satisfaction at the two sets of armor hovering in the center of the lab.

"Jarvis, initiate display mode."

The lab lights dimmed, and the two sets of nano-armor slowly rotated in a soft blue halo.

One set was Tony's signature gold and red color scheme, the streamlined armor surface gleaming with a metallic sheen.

The artificial Sun core in the chest emitted a faint golden glow, energy pathways flowing inside the armor like blood vessels.

The other set was Xiao Han's exclusive armor, entirely black, its surface covered in intricate golden patterns, like some ancient runes.

The 'S' shaped emblem on the chest was also powered by the artificial Sun, but the energy flow was more contained.

"Beautiful, aren't they?" Tony clapped Xiao Han on the shoulder.

"Both sets of armor have had a bit of magic element added by you, and yours, the resonance frequency of the uru metal perfectly matches your Biofield."

Xiao Han walked closer to his armor and reached out to lightly touch the surface.

The nano-material immediately flowed like Water, automatically conforming to the outline of his fingers.

"Good reaction speed." Xiao Han nodded slightly, "The energy conduction efficiency is also good."

"Of course!" Tony lifted his chin proudly.

"I integrated Vibranium into the nano-structure, plus the magic properties of uru metal. This armor can theoretically withstand high-level energy impacts."

Xiao Han raised an eyebrow: "Theoretically?"

Tony shrugged: "Okay, maybe slightly less in reality, but at least it won't get damaged when you fight enemies."

"The armor is just for show. When it comes to a real fight, the Biofield will protect the armor."

Tony: ...
