After they came back, Jill left Clad to wander around, saying that she had something to attend to.
"Oh, okay, I'll see you later then." Clad calmly responds to Jill, which surprises other members of the Union, as Jill is usually tough to talk to because of how cold she is.
And he runs into members of group U
"Well, well, well, if it isn't the new kid, how are you doing?" the tall man said.
"I'm doing well." Clad replies
"So...what do you think about the union right now?" he asks Clad, waiting for his answer.
"This place looks quite lively." He tells him, which doesn't surprise him, as it was the thing most new recruits said.
"Ha ha ha ha! Well said, kid!" He happily shouts while putting his hand on his shoulder.
"Unfortunately, I have a business to attend to.. However, let me tell you something between men." The man suddenly says with a very serious look on his face.

"What is it?" Clad asks with a confused look on his face. The man gets closer to his ear and murmurs something to him.
"If your stamina is shit, don't go for the demons, okay?" He says as he looks, Clad directly into his eyes.
"Uhhh, Okay?" Clad didn't know what he meant, but he understood not to mess with the demons.
(Later during the day.)
Clad walked around the Union headquarters so that he could get an idea of where everything was, eventually running into Jill in the training grounds.
"Is she talking to Jamie?" Clad thought as he watched both of them having a conversation before Jamie leaned in to kiss Jill, only for her to kiss her fist as she got sent flying across the training grounds, doing multiple backflips in the process before landing headfirst into the ground.

Clad is very shocked by what he saw, but doesn't lose his composure. Suddenly, Jill starts to walk towards Clad, saying to the other in the room that she will be leaving.
"Let's go," Jill tells him.
"Huh? Where to?" Clad responds.
"To the dorms, I need to talk to you real quick. In private." She says as both of them start walking away from the dorms.
"About what?" Clad asks.
Jill stops walking and stays silent for a few seconds before turning her head towards him with a slightly angry look on her face, asking him a question.
"Do you usually ask that many questions?"
"No"
"Good, because I don't like people who question every single thing."

Clad sighed before both of them continued to walk towards the dorms.
"This place is full of confusing people..."
(Around 3 years later)
Both Jill and Clad had multiple missions together, gradually getting along with each other as agents to help people and stop the criminal organizations from committing crimes, and during one of them, they met and freed Lylia, The demon slave in an illegal auction and then the whole world started shaking violently, causing some kind of earthquake and he fell into a hole gap that formed under his and Lylia's feet, and they both fell in it before waking up in a dark cave.
(back to the present)
The whole group of elves was on the verge of tears, hearing his story, and they all hugged him, saying that he must have had it hard.
"Let go of me," Clad says in a serious tone, which makes them all back off.
"S-sorry," They all said in unison.
Adonis comments on how he definitely didn't tell the entire story, which he admits to, but he doesn't feel like talking about it anymore, so he'll tell the rest another time.
"Ight whenever you feel like it, I'll be listening," Adonis says as he points at him with a smile on his face.
