(Back to Jill and her mother)
Jill quickly explained in a panic that she's a slave they freed from an illegal auction as part of her job in the Union, which she understands.
"Anymore of this nonsense and I'll get rid of you myself, do you understand?" Liliak says to Jill with a fierce tone, overwhelming her.
"B-but mother, it's part of my job-."
"No buts, you are part of the darkheid household, you can't go around doing stuff like this, especially with Duke and Amira not having a single strength for politics."
"With Arion's carefree attitude, plus him barely having any interest in the family's affairs and Amirah having a severe fear of talking to an audience, you are the only one who is actually able to represent our household without causing some kind of scene."
Jill stayed silent for a few seconds, as she knew that her mother wasn't wrong, but wished Arion were here, as he would handle this situation with way more ease than she.
"Yes, mother," Jill replies, showing signs of sadness but understanding in her eyes.
"That's quite a lot of work for her shoulders." Clad thought to himself.
As they arrive at the capital of the land of the elves, they are stopped by the elf army due to their coming back with a human and a dark elf, making them think he is a demon, which he rapidly denies, saying that he's a god, which makes the elves think he's lying.
He points at one of two guards and instantly transforms him into a woman.
[TRANFORMATION]!
!!?
"W-what the hell did you do to me!?" He screamed in panic.
"Percy! How dare you turn him into a woman!" The other guard shouted as he pointed his spear at him.
Mordaar asks if that's enough proof for them, which they agree to as they don't want this to happen again, and he undoes the gender-swap he did to the guard.
"You can pass.." The guard says, looking at them as they went in.
"You didn't turn him into a girl because you were bored, right?" Liliak asks.
Mordaar stayed silent as he whistled while looking the other way, which was enough of an answer for her as she sighed, still not believing how childish her husband could be sometimes.
During their walk, they are talked down upon for not being elves, and they refer to Mordaar as a dark elf, which slightly pisses Mordaar off.
"Those mortals just called me a dark elf, didn't they?" Mordaar says with an angry tone.
"Maybe one energy bullet won't kill them." He thought as he raised his hand towards them, with a red and black ball of energy appearing in his hand, shocking the elves.
As Mordaar charged his attack, Liliak stepped in front of him, making him stop charging his move, and openly threatened them while unleashing her aura, overwhelming the entire area.
!!!
"If you guys don't want to end up dead, I'd recommend you leave us alone."
The elves, being scared of them, leave in a hurry, which makes Mordaar thank her, and she blushes, saying that she would do anything for him, and both of them start to flirt with each other, which annoys the rest of the group a little.
"Ugh, can't you guys do this somewhere else?" they all thought in unison.
