Then his eyes fell on the water tub. He immediately cleared the tub and scrubbed the wet ground so fast it was like a blur. He even lifted the massive stone bathtub by himself to pour out the dirty water, his muscles bulging.
Once the cave was tidy, he grabbed a fresh set of beast skins and practically skipped toward the sea. He wanted to scrub himself until he glowed! He had to look perfect for the feast and for the midnight meeting.
Hu Yan and Xuan Long watched him go, their expressions full of confusion.
"Did he hit his head on the cave wall?" Hu Yan asked, scratching his chin.
"Possibly," Xuan Long replied calmly. "He is going to bath, we should change too...we cannot embarrass Lan Lan at the feast."
