Sometimes it crushed forward head-on like a heavily armored tank. Other times it flickered in for ambush strikes like a ghost. Its massive bony tail swept out like a steel whip, and it intermittently spewed high-temperature energy breath capable of melting through steel!
The entire core zone seemed to transform into its domain. That dark-gold figure carried a hurricane of destruction, enveloping Saitama within it. Every attack was enough to split mountains and shatter stone. Every movement triggered a sonic boom!
Faced with that storm of relentless offense, Saitama finally revealed the bottomless, terrifying strength worthy of the name "One Punch Man." His figure flashed like an illusion through the dense barrage, each shift precisely avoiding lethal energy breath and bone-blade cuts. The leader's heavy strikes—strong enough to flatten a tank into scrap—were either blocked, redirected, dispersed, or forcibly interrupted by even faster punches and kicks!
Their battle became so fast it surpassed what the naked eye could track. All anyone could see were two blurred streaks—dark-gold and yellow—colliding, separating, then colliding again in the vast space. Deafening roars, energy detonations, and the cracking of armor never stopped. Shockwaves rolled out like tsunamis, tearing the entire core area into a ruined mess.
In the gaps between high-speed exchanges, Saitama's sharp eyes never stopped sweeping over the leader. Hard shell? Flexible joints? Massive energy output? Those were only surface traits. He was searching—searching for the real weakness that would let him end it in one decisive blow.
His gaze finally settled on the leader's three constantly flickering scarlet compound eyes, like they were burning with hellfire. During one full-power energy breath, Saitama caught it: the instant that bright energy stream surged out, those three eyes seemed to involuntarily narrow, their glow showing an extremely brief fluctuation.
"Eyes… afraid of bright light?" A thought flashed through Saitama's mind.
"Stark!" After slipping another savage claw strike, Saitama pulled back to open distance and shouted into the comms, "Hit its eyes! Give me the brightest you've got!"
"The brightest? Got it! Taste a 'solar flare'!" Tony Stark—still in the air suppressing the beast horde with firepower—instantly understood. He pivoted at once, drove his suit's arc reactor to maximum output, crossed both arms before his chest, and aimed his repulsors down at the alien leader!
Bzzzz—!!!
A searing, absolute-white beam—so pure it defied description—ripped through the underground gloom like a divine spear of judgment, striking the alien leader's three scarlet compound eyes with perfect precision! The intensity far surpassed any ordinary flashbang, enough to instantly blind—or even burn out—any creature's visual organs!
"Screee—AAARGH!!!"
The alien leader was completely caught off guard. The three eyes took that micro-sun brilliance head-on! The violent scorching pain and sudden blindness forced out a distorted, agonized howl. Its enormous body jerked stiff—its attacks stopped dead. Its force-field-covered arms snapped up instinctively, trying to shield itself from the inescapable glare. Even the three energy cores on its back reacted to the pain, their output destabilizing as the light flickered wildly!
Now!
In the same instant the blinding light erupted, Saitama moved. He gathered all of his power—power that could shake the stars—without holding anything back, condensing it into his right fist! His figure vanished from where he stood, and when he reappeared, he was already directly above the alien leader's head—right over the top of its pain-stiffened body!
