/Introduction/
Before being known as the Awarded Hero of the Gods, Arjuna was one of the heroes of the legendary epic of the Mahabharata, he is one of the five Pandava brothers, and his birth is linked to a boon granted to his mother Kunti, and summoned the name of the god of lightning, Indra in vain; making him his son.

During his childhood, he was particularly close with his cousin Krishna, becoming close companions, and Krishna even became his charioteer during the battle of Kurukshetra.

Arjuna was known to be a renowned prodigy when it came to the field of archery, being mentored by Drona, his skill with archery was so proficient that he had the ability to shoot with either hand in battle.

During the battle of Kurukshetra, he faced off against Karna, son of Surya the Sun God; who was in the opposing faction, even though they were born from the same mother, they became rivals due to Karna wanting to be recognized and for his resentment towards Arjuna.

Eventually near the end of the war, Arjuna managed to defeat Karna, with him falling on his arms, muttering his final words towards him.
"Please relay this to our mother Arjuna, that one of her sons, has fallen in battle..." Karna said weakly, before dying.
At the end of the Mahabharata, Arjuna died twice, first at the hands of his own son, the second is when he joined his fellow Pandavas in their attempt to reach heaven, but most of them failed due to their own personal reasons, for Arjuna, it was his unfulfilled vows and his own self pride.
"Hmph, so this is how it all ends, then so be it...if this is my fate, then I will gladly accept it!" Arjuna exclaimed.

To this day, Arjuna has been known as a revered hero and a legend as his story inspires lots of people in this modern age.
