The coach laughs as he asked his best player of the team to face Rio on and just like Ray, he was brutally defeated in three rounds and the coach called Rio to come as he took his book heading to the coach.
He said "I'm Coach Kae and I have seen what you can do and Miss Atina have told me everything" and Rio replied "Thank you and I hope to play tomorrow as the selection of the juniors would be taken place" as Coach Kae nodded as Rio left with his new friends.
"Rio, you are amazing and check it out" Chris said as he showed the video making Rio give them a thumbs up and John said "Hey, how about we become the four friends" as they nodded.
Back home, Rio was taken his bath when he remembers that he had been ignoring the poor Risa who asked to wash his hair and decided to let her do it the day before the competition and invite her with Mr. Jac to the program.
Just as he was done bathing and dressing up, he went to the Kitchen and found Risa cooking which he found that she was about to mistaken the recipes for another.
He pulled her to the side and told her to watch as he prepares the meal, which he served it on the dinner table and told her if she wants to cook, he could help her.
Having understand each other and eaten, they went to the hospital as Rio went to speak with the doctor and asked for permission to take Mr. Jac for a program as he agreed even offering a wheelchair.
He came back to the two as he expresses his greetings and told Mr. Jac with Risa to only call him by his first name with no 'Mr.' or professionalism, which they nodded and Rio told Mr. Jac about the program.
Risa who was confused asked "Why should we come?" and Mr. Jac replied "He wants us to represent his family since we are already family and you can even represent his wife", which Rio said "Mr. Jac is right but not about you being my wife but you can represent my sister since you used my surname for your bank document and I can now call Mr. Jac my grandfather".
Mr. Jac who could not hold his laughter said "Sure you can forever call me grandpa. But Risa, I never knew you would use his surname for your first document, which means you love him" as he kept laughing and Rio watch in confusion.
"Grandpa, it is not what you think and stop creating your own things as we only see each other as siblings" Risa said while piecing her grandfather's cheek as the old man apologized.
Rio who took the chance said "Sorry about rejecting to wash my hair and, so you can do it a day before the program and I promise to teach you how to cook" as she blushed and Mr. Jac said "That is good as you two would get to know each other and can I come to see the apartment before we go for the program".
Rio who seems to know that he wanted to do accepted and said "The day before the program, I will send you for shopping to buy you one of the best outfit for the program and Risa would also do your hair for you" as the old man said "You really are what I wished to see around my granddaughter and I know both of your parent would be happy to see the two of you together".
Rio nodded with a smile as Risa was caught off guard with Mr. Jac said "You finally smiled" and Rio came back to his senses writing "Just happy to see you both together and hear about my parent", Mr. Jac parted his shoulder as they continued to talk.
Back home, Risa happily talked with Rio about her past as he listened and replied back positively making her forget as she said "You actually look handsome with a cute face like my past childhood friend and I wonder where he is at right now as he disappeared after he lost his parent in a car accident". Rio had a flash back about his parent and stopped moving until Risa asked what was going on but he told her it was nothing before wishing her good night.
The next day, he had written another quiz before going out to the field with his three friends who train hard as he gave them an idea to keep them running faster and keeping their breath for the race as they all used the idea as it worked out making them proud. As they were happily praising Rio, Coach Joel for the athletic sports called Rio and congratulate him for joining the team as he wasn't able to do it earlier which Rio nodded before heading to the Basketball court with his friends.
Coach Kae had arrange the teams and given them numbers to play against another class, he state that the best three players for each team would be qualified for the other match with them joining each other.
Rio who was given number '3' took the shooter position that the coach gave him and warn them to play together wisely. Just as the match start, Rio took the ball from the other team and passed to the captain of his team as he moved forward passing to the others as they didn't pass him the ball making the coach annoyed but waited for the first round to end as it is a 15minutes.
Before Rio team could know, the ball was taken from them as they were scored and Rio didn't say a word as he still repeat the same movement passing to another person who passed to the captain, which they never sent the ball to him as the second goal appeared followed by the third as it was left with 8minutes and Rio grab the ball like he was about to pass.
Like the where expecting but failed, Rio shoot the ball into the net and it was a goal. Everyone was shock and at the same time his team members were annoyed and asked why he didn't pass, but he ignored and watch as the other team tackle the captain with other members. Just as he was about to score, someone took the ball from him and it was Rio as he speeds away and dribbling everyone on his way and score as his friends praise him but both the two team were angry at him.
As a second ball bounce and the captain was dribble, Rio took the ball and shoot immediately given a draw before the round end. Coach Kae who had seen everything scold the team for looking down on Rio and allowing them to go for the second round as this time round, Rio passed to the captain after reaching a net position and he soccer but just as the next time Rio passed, he decide to not pass.
Moving to score but failed as the coach angrily stood up from his chair and sat back as he kept watching, which Rio keep passing to his team but the ignored his presence the round end with them losing and the coach didn't say anything as he watch the last match.
The last match was intense but Rio didn't show any sign and score two goals in 3minutes before leaving the rest in his team hand but the losing and three members were removing from each team, which the new team was form to watch the next match and Rio went to his friends asking how many matches would he play before the selection would be over.
Kane who knew about basketball said "You will play another two matches for today and three matches tomorrow before final the next day to show the junior team, which your new team would play with the Seniors during the competition as the best three players from both side would be selected for inter-school competition and the same goes for the all sports" and Rio thank them as he asked "Chris, how many viewers have you gotten" as he said "For all the videos about you, it is getting to 50million viewers and some even promise to pay for the competition view".
Seeing that his friends were all beneficial, he nodded and left to his team as the new match have started with his team forcing to show their skills but Rio just keep his strategy as he scores two to five goals before leaving the rest to the team.
Everyone in the basketball seems to hold a grudge with Rio and take the ball for themselves, which causes them to lose one round and win the other rounds as all his classmate were thrown away leaving only him.
The last match put a shock to everyone as Rio score five goals and making his team win as he was told by the coach to keep his work up and the coach kept his eyes on Rio as he has a bright future in Basketball, which Rio left with his friends as they talk about how the Ray face was humiliated and Rio went to ask Richel to be his friend as usual.
Back home, Rio told Risa about school was doing and how the quiz was easy which she also told him the new things she learnt from Miss Sia.
Two days came to pass as it was now weekend and Risa with Rio appear in the hospital, which they entered the room just to find Mr. Jac already dressed and on his feet. Rio was shocked as he asked if he won't use the wheelchair and he confirmed no as he walked to them and asked to take a walk to the doctor's room as he informed him, he would return in the evening.
Even the doctor was shocked to see the old man back to his feet and allowed him to leave as they went to the outfit shop where Rio bought him a white with gold design outfit for him, which cost 1million as it shock the two after hearing the price it cost and Rio said it was nothing as in the future he would even spend billions on just the three of them.
Wondering about why he said that, Risa could not help but blush but her thought was interrupted when he asked which dress does she want and she turn to see the two beautiful outfit he was holding.
Risa paused a moment before choosing the red-diamond outfit and Rio quickly paid for the two outfit that cost a total of 2.1million, which they parcel for them before leaving back to his apartment that Mr. Jac found huge as it was a private one and Risa showed him around the room.
Rio prepared one of the delicious meals as Risa was dressing Mr. Jac up and within 1hour 30minutes, she was done as Mr. Jac found his appearance much improved as they came to the dinner room and took their seat as Rio serve them. As if he was back to the past, Mr. Jac grab his dish and Risa with Rio also did same as they ate, which Mr. Jac praise his cooking as it was delicious like a heavenly meal and Risa laughs.
After meal, they had a nice warm conversation as Rio appreciated his words and Risa on the side told her grandfather to stop joking around.
Time moves smoothly as Risa showed him the new thing she had learn and Rio watch as he praise her, which finally it was time to send Mr. Jac back to the hospital and they took a car. As he was back to his hospital room, Rio with Risa came back and he asked her to do his hair at dawn as he might mess it up in his sleep.
Risa agreed as she freshen up and went to bed, which Rio did same and wish her good night.
