Kanak stormed into the gym, her eyes blazing with determination. She had spent the entire night thinking about So-Min's behavior, and she had come up with a plan for revenge. She was going to confront him, to tell him exactly what she thought of his high-handed behavior.
But as she entered the gym, she was taken aback by the sight of So-Min, his body glistening with sweat as he worked out. He was wearing only a pair of white and blue shorts, and a towel was draped around his neck. Kanak's eyes widened as she took in the sight of his chiseled physique, and she felt her anger melting away.
So-Min looked up, catching her eye, and a slow smile spread across his face. He walked towards her, his movements fluid and confident, and Kanak felt her heart racing in her chest.
"Kim So-Min," she began, trying to sound stern, but her voice came out barely above a whisper.
So-Min chuckled, his eyes glinting with amusement. "Yes, my dear?" he said, his voice low and husky.
Kanak's eyes dropped to his chest, and she felt a flush rise to her cheeks. She couldn't help but stare at him, her mind going blank. What was she supposed to say again?
Just as she was about to turn and flee, So-Min reached out and caught her hand. "You're going to university for your research," he said, his eyes locked on hers. "But on my terms, with a security escort."
Kanak's eyes widened in surprise, and she felt a rush of gratitude. "Thanks," she muttered, trying to sound nonchalant.
So-Min smiled, his eyes glinting with amusement. "Anytime, my dear," he said, releasing her hand.
Kanak turned and fled, her heart racing in her chest. She didn't stop running until she was back in her room, where she collapsed onto her bed, eating her pillow in embarrassment. What had just happened?
Kanak walked through the university campus, her security detail trailing behind her. She had never been to this university before, and everything about it felt new and overwhelming.
As they walked, Kanak noticed that people were staring at her. At first, she thought it was because of her messy bun and glasses, but then she realized that it was because of the security detail.
Everyone seemed shocked by the presence of so many guards. Kanak heard whispers and gasps as they walked by. She felt like a celebrity, and she hated it.
But despite the commotion, no one seemed to recognize her as Kim So-Min's wife. Kanak was relieved by this. She had been worried that someone would figure out her connection to the famous actor, and she didn't want to deal with the fallout.
As they approached the microbiology department, Kanak's nerves began to get the better of her. She had always been passionate about microbiology, and she was excited to start her research project.
But what if she wasn't good enough? What if she failed?
Kanak pushed aside her doubts and took a deep breath. She was here to learn and to make a difference. She was ready to start this new chapter of her life.
The security detail stopped outside the department door, and Incharge Jeon turned to Kanak. "We'll be waiting outside, Miss Kanak," she said. "You can call us if you need anything."
Kanak nodded, taking a deep breath. She pushed open the door and stepped inside, ready to face whatever challenges lay ahead.
Kim So-Min sat in his trailer, his eyes fixed on the screen of his phone. He had cameras installed all over the university campus, and he could see Kanak's every move.
He watched as she walked through the corridors, her messy bun bobbing with each step. He saw her laugh with her classmates, and he noticed the way she bit her lip when she was concentrating.
So-Min's eyes never left the screen, his gaze devouring every detail. He felt a sense of possessiveness wash over him, and he couldn't help but feel grateful that he had taken steps to ensure her safety.
But Kanak had no idea that she was being watched. She went about her day, oblivious to the fact that So-Min's eyes were on her every move.
Meanwhile, So-Min's assistant, Ji-Hoon, knocked on the trailer door. "Sir, we need to get started on the next scene," he said.
So-Min nodded, his eyes never leaving the screen. "Just give me a minute," he said.
Ji-Hoon nodded and backed out of the trailer, leaving So-Min to his surveillance. So-Min's gaze lingered on Kanak's face, his heart beating with a mixture of possessiveness and adoration.
He was a man consumed, and he couldn't help but wonder what the future held for him and Kanak. Would she ever come to love him, or would she always see him as just a husband?
Only time would tell, but for now, So-Min was content to simply watch her, to bask in the beauty of her presence.
