The moment Wei Wen's physique crossed into Intermediate God of War level, the dark-golden sphere deep within his spiritual sea suddenly expanded—
Bang!
It shattered instantly.
The sphere disintegrated, and an overwhelming surge of mental energy erupted, flooding his entire spiritual sea.
Within this vast internal space, currents of pure mental force twisted and churned like a boundless storm. Mixed in the swirling streams were traces of dark-gold fragments—remnants of the old shell, not yet fully dissolved.
These fluid torrents shimmered like a galaxy, glowing softly with astonishing power. Wei Wen's mental force wasn't just vast—it was evolving.
Gradually, the rotating streams accelerated, spinning into tighter vortices that coalesced into a luminous spiral. A galactic river of mental force was being born.
Rumble~~~
Wei Wen's breath slowed. The vortex expanded, thinning the currents but increasing their speed. His control sharpened. His mental strength surged.
Whoosh!
The expanding streams suddenly compressed inward, condensing into a translucent sphere of immense mental energy. Faint threads of light flickered through it. The remaining dark-gold shards—slowly melting—added depth to its glow.
His mental force was coming alive, responding with a rhythm of its own. As the dark-gold fragments dissolved, the sphere grew denser, more complete—no longer just energy, but something structured.
Soon, it stabilized. The mist was gone. No deformation. No collapse.
And then—
Boom!
It was like a dying star collapsing into itself. A gravitational pulse emerged at the center of his spiritual sea. The entire sphere compressed violently, shrinking down—
To a single, brilliant core.
Buzz—
The spiritual sea trembled. The mists vanished. The rivers of energy cleared.
All that remained was a solitary point of light—a mental core.
Wei Wen had stepped into the Planetary Level—Tier 1 as a Psyker.
This core wasn't just a symbol—it was condensed will, force, and consciousness in its purest form. From it radiated waves of invisible energy, strong enough to engulf his entire body.
His expression shifted into a subtle smile."Planetary Level," he murmured. "I did it."
As the Planetary-Tier mental energy spread through every fiber of his being, Wei Wen's physical body began its transformation.
Every cell, every muscle fiber, his bones, marrow, skin, nerves—all began restructuring at a genetic level. His DNA sequences rapidly decomposed, optimized, and rebuilt themselves. His very essence was evolving.
This wasn't just a power-up. It was a fundamental change to his biology.
Compared to the tier-by-tier growth from Apprentice Level 1 through 9, this was a qualitative leap—life, rewritten.
From this point forward, Wei Wen could fly without relying on breath, stamina, or even active mental force. Simply by existing at this level, he had unlocked the foundation of true Psionic mastery.
Only now did the title "Psyker Master" apply.
And the feeling?Nothing short of transcendent.
His body, which had once plateaued, was reborn. Like an infant with infinite potential—he was now a true Planetary Lifeform.
From here, he could grow through the Planetary stages, from Tier 1 to Tier 9, so long as he had the resources.
The Swallowed Star universe operates on two cultivation systems: the Warrior path and the Psyker path. Wei Wen was now a Planetary-Level Psyker. But unlike warriors, he hadn't awakened any unique combat ability. That typically only happened for warriors upon reaching Planetary Level.
Late night.
Whoosh—
Wei Wen soared into the sky, not using any active mental power.
And yet, he hovered—300 meters above the ground.
In his spiritual sea, the newly-formed core pulsed gently. He could feel it—his ability to fly came from this very nucleus.
That core was manipulating the magnetic field around his body. By shaping the field to counteract Earth's gravity, he floated with ease.
If he applied force, he'd accelerate forward. That was it. That simple.
No longer a river, his mental energy had formed into a miniature mental planet. His consciousness felt sharper than ever. Clearer. More defined.
But Wei Wen knew his current state wasn't exceptional."I'm just a basic Tier 1 Planetary Psyker," he said to himself.
If he wanted real power fast, there were two routes:One—get close to Luo Feng. Two—acquire treasures like the Mu Ya Crystal.
At the Planetary Level, Psykers could output 1 to 2 million kilograms of force with their mental attacks.
Warriors, however, gained a major boost: once they crossed into Planetary Level, they could externalize their "origin force".
Their physical strength would hit 1–2 million kilograms, and their origin force could do the same. Meaning, a Planetary-Level Tier 1 warrior could output 2–4 million kilograms of force, double what Psykers typically achieved.
That might sound like warriors had the edge—but it wasn't so simple.
Planetary-level warriors had combat amplification factors, typically around 4 to 5 times. Thunder God, one of the strongest, maxed out at 7 times.
Wei Wen? His mental force amplification had reached 12x before even breaking through to Planetary Level.
And that was nothing compared to Luo Feng.
Luo Feng had hit 16x amplification before reaching Planetary Level. His growth rate was absurd. If that growth continued and Wei Wen could somehow receive direct feedback from it—his own amplification could surpass anything on record.
But Luo Feng was the exception.
Take Iste, another Psyker at Planetary Level Tier 2—his mental amplification was only 9x.
And there were far stronger figures out there.
The strongest man on Earth—Hong—stood at Planetary Tier 6. Second only to him was Thunder God, at Tier 7.
So for now, Wei Wen decided to stay low, keep to the Elite Training Camp, and wait for Luo Feng to catch up.
Hongning Base City – Wilderness Zone
A streak of light tore through the sky like a shooting star. Flight through the atmosphere—that meant only one thing.
A Planetary-Level powerhouse had arrived.
Wrapped in dense origin force, blazing with power, the figure descended.
It was Atkin, a high-ranking official.
"Councilor Atkin," three nearby God of War-level fighters greeted him with deep respect.
