"What about you?" Gu Qian asked, disgust written across her face.
"No kiss?" Zixuan's face scrunched, his brow furrowing as if he were heartbroken. "Ah—my heart." He clutched his chest dramatically.
"I'll tell Daddy."
Yu's cold voice sliced through the air. His expression showed he wasn't liking any of what was going on.
Both adults froze.
Zixuan then chuckled and reached out to ruffle Yu's hair. "What do you know?"
"I know many things."
"Okay, okay. Let's go," Zixuan said, clearly not taking him seriously.
But only Yu understood what he was saying.
