After recovering and coming to his senses, he was very grateful to his little brother and ashamed as well, for all the ill will and actions driven by that. He asked for Prahlad's forgiveness and also stated that he had realized his wrong ways and he would correct his ways.
After hearing him, Prahlad said, "Don't be sorry, elder brother. You had just deviated from the right path and I am glad that you have realized it and are willing to correct everything. I don't hate you. I love you because you are my elder brother and I hope that you will love me too, just like before."
