Chapter 127 - CHAPTER 127

c127 – Shock! Wukong's Cool Moves! Welcome the Future King?

The troublesome Majin Buu was finally solved. This conclusion made everyone, from Piccolo to the Kaiōshin, let out a long sigh of relief. For the first time in what felt like ages, the suffocating miasma of Buu's ki had vanished completely.

Luya hovered silently, his aura dimming as he focused inward. He could feel the system's reward flowing through his body Buu's regeneration skill.

He was already near-immortal thanks to his prior system upgrades, but now, with Majin Buu's regeneration layered on top, it was something bordering on absurd.

"Majin Buu wasn't weak at all," he thought, narrowing his eyes. "Even in the Dragon Ball Super timeline, very few can truly erase him completely. Fat Buu alone pushed close to Super Saiyan 3 Goku's level back then… and Kid Buu forced Goku to risk it all. To finish him off, even I had to go all-out."

Whoever called Buu weak had never fought him.

Shaking his head, Luya glanced at the unconscious Gotenks and the reformed Fat Buu still lying on the ground. Then he turned toward the shadows where Piccolo observed with tense caution. Luya gave him a brief nod no words exchanged—before his body flared white and in the blink of an eye, he shot into the heavens. His light vanished beyond the atmosphere, disappearing into space. He had to return before anyone asked too many questions about his absence.

In the Kaiōshin Realm

The tension lifted. Supreme Kai and Kibito collapsed in relief, while Old Kai let out a wheezy laugh.

Suddenly, Son Gohan's body flared with a tremendous aura different from the golden shimmer of Super Saiyan. His latent potential, drawn out by the Elder Kai's ritual, erupted like a storm. Rocks levitated around him; his ki radiated divine weight. This was the birth of Ultimate Gohan the "god rice."

"Finally successful!" Gohan clenched his fists, feeling the overwhelming strength. "Now… I'm going to defeat Majin Buu!" His confidence was unshakable.

"No need," Old Kai interrupted, his expression oddly calm.

"What?!" Gohan blinked. "Why?"

Before he could argue further, Goku laughed cheerfully, his voice echoing across the realm:

"Because Majin Buu's already been destroyed!"

"What?!" Gohan froze, then focused his senses… indeed, Buu's ki had vanished completely. He couldn't find even a trace.

"What happened…?" he muttered, baffled.

"An unbelievable warrior appeared out of nowhere," Goku explained, eyes shining with battle-hunger. "He was so strong that even I felt excited just watching from afar."

Supreme Kai quickly recounted what they had seen. Gohan's excitement dimmed into frustration he had just gained this immense new power, only for his opponent to be erased already.

"…Tch. What a pity," Gohan sighed.

But Old Kai frowned, stroking his beard. "That man's disappearance… his technique was familiar. Too familiar." His eyes gleamed knowingly.

"Eh? Why do you care so much?" Goku waved him off with a grin. "Buu's gone, that's what matters. Everything's fine now!" He slapped Gohan's back. "Hey! Don't rush off. Train here with me for a while!"

"Okay, Dad!" Gohan nodded. Though regretful, he couldn't deny the thrill of standing alongside his father again.

In the Mortal Realm

A rainbow light split the skies of Earth. Beerus, Whis, and Goku appeared on a mountain ridge. Beerus's face was stormy, his purple ears twitching irritably.

Vegeta immediately approached. "Kakarot, Beerus, Whis you're back?"

"Vegeta!" Goku waved casually, grinning as always.

"You fool…" Beerus growled, his eyes narrowing at Goku. "How can you still laugh?!"

"What's wrong? Isn't it over?" Goku tilted his head.

"Idiot!! The entire multiverse nearly unraveled because of your time-traveling nonsense! Do you want to be erased?!" Beerus shouted, his temper flaring like an explosion.

Whis sighed, waving his staff lightly. "It's not entirely his fault, Lord Beerus. Zen'ō-sama has already summoned all the Kaiōshin and Hakaishin from every universe for judgment. The focus is on Universes 7 and 10."

"What?!" Vegeta's eyes widened. "Then… what did Zen'ō decide?"

"Though Zamasu was erased, his destruction of all the Kaiōshin in that parallel future—wiping out their God of Destruction as well angered Zen'ō-sama deeply. Universe 10 was nearly erased." Whis's tone was grave.

Beerus folded his arms, grim. "And because Universe 7 tampered with time again, Zen'ō-sama's patience thins. The consequences fall on us, too."

"But Goku smoothed it over," Whis added with a smile.

"Me?!" Vegeta snapped his head toward Goku.

"Yeah," Goku said, scratching his head sheepishly. "I just asked Zen'ō-sama about the Tournament of Power and, uh… begged him not to punish the universes. I promised I'd introduce him to a friend. That calmed him down."

"FRIEND?!" Beerus and Vegeta barked in unison.

"You idiot!" Beerus exploded again. "You dare promise Zen'ō-sama something so casual?!" His destruction aura crackled in fury.

Whis only chuckled. "Still… Goku is the only mortal who interests Zen'ō-sama. Perhaps this reckless idea won't end badly."

Suddenly, Goku's eyes lit up. He snapped his fingers. "Wait! I've got it. The perfect friend… is the Future Zen'ō!"

"WHAT?!" Beerus and Vegeta's jaws dropped.

"You can't be serious!" Beerus shouted, sweat dripping down his forehead.

"Why not?" Goku asked innocently. "He's still alive, right? Zamasu couldn't erase him. If I grab the Time Machine from Trunks, I can bring Future Zen'ō here! Then present Zen'ō will definitely be happy!"

Before Beerus could throttle him, Goku vanished with Instant Transmission, leaving only stunned silence.

"That fool…" Vegeta muttered.

"Reckless as always," Whis said lightly, but even he glanced up, thoughtful. "Still… if two Zen'ōs meet, the consequences will reshape the multiverse."

Beerus slumped to the ground, ears twitching nervously. "Being a God of Destruction is exhausting… I'll die of stress before my own Hakai kills me."

Elsewhere – Another Time and Space

At the same moment, Luya's figure reappeared, high above a ruined city. Below, explosions shook the streets, and countless chaotic auras clashed.

His brows furrowed. "These ki signatures… they're villains. Escaped from Hell?"

It clicked. Dr. Gero and Dr. Myuu's twisted experiments had torn open the boundary of Hell. The dead had spilled into the living world.

But something felt off. Luya stretched out his senses, and his expression darkened.

He could not feel the familiar mechanical presence of the Androids.

"…Super 17."

His pupils shrank, recognizing what was to come. A new storm was already rising.
