Alex woke up only to find himself in a dark and tight place, wondering "if this was what the afterlife really is ? A black closet, not as depicted in the many religious texts with a hell of its own".
Suddenly, his eyes, which he cannot see, turn to a golden shade as he feels a telepathic mental connection. At this moment, he finds himself in a huge cluster of information from which he finds out that he is not dead but instead transmigrated into Gundam 00. At a time when Celestial being is fighting against Innovades, and he himself is one.
He knows the fate of innovades in Gundam 00 is just to support the rise of a true innovator, and his own life is also at risk again, as Ribbons Almark is a god complex tyrant. So he tries to absorb as much information from VEDA, the quantum computer, to try to see if he can escape his bad situation. As luck would have it, Ribbons had just shot Tieria Erde after having a philosophical lecture with him. Setsuna F Seiei, feeling the weakening life force of his friends, completed the last full awakening, becoming a true innovator, and the burst of Purer GN particles as a result helped him in accessing VEDA, as Ribbons lost his link with VEDA.
In the Celestial Being ("Colony class Deep Space Mothership"), Central Hall
Just as Ribbons thought he had killed Tieria, the burst of Pure GN particles, so huge in quantity and pure quality, completely disrupted his link to VEDA.
Ribbons groaned while holding his head and said, "What are these GN particles?"
Regene Regetta explained how the pure breed innovator, when working with the twin drive system, will produce purer GN particles that result in expansion of consciousness in the brain, while taking over VEDA, in which she resided with Tieria Erde, who had been made with special permissions for VEDA since his creation. Even when Ribbons took over VEDA, he could only sever Tieria's link but not find or touch his privileges.
Ribbons said, " It's all because of the original GN drives, not that I am inferior."
Tieria activates the trial system, which shuts down the machines connected to VEDA.
Ribbons runs out to get his Reborns Gundam to finish destroying the Seraphim Gundam, which activated the trail system.
Out in space
In his newfound escape cockpit special made to save innovade life, but practically an iron coffin since it lost its thruster.
Alex thinks, "Now I have to access the most important information about the GN drive manufacturing in VEDA, which contains the details for creating the original GN drive and the pseudo GN drive, along with the data for the Trans-Am system and twin drive system data stolen by Innovade Anew Returner. While doing this i have to also take as much of the medical knowledge and other things along with the Gundam blueprints from the database."
In the Celestial Being ("Colony class Deep Space Mothership"), Central Hall
As Regene Regetta helped Tieria combine with VEDA, both noticed Alex's unscrupulous data accessing, but Tieria, driven by the desire to save his friends, prioritized activating the trial field and saving his friends and decided to take care of this Innovade, whom he considered to be the same as Ribbons with ambitions.
Tieria thought, " This data stream from VEDA to the innovade seems to come from the escaped cockpit of the innovade only machine. Since he is stuck within an escape pod with no power, and he can't cause much trouble lets finish the truly troublesome suicide machines."
By the time the trail field system was done with the trash clean up although it only took a few seconds because of the innovade special tuned brain and a miracle of his rare human conscious which by pure luck was helped by the conscious expansion of the purer GN particles unlike the other innovades whose quantum brain waves are disrupted Alex was done with all the important information he need to get from the VEDA quantum computer terminal before he his link with VEDA was removed.
Just then, Setsuna, who had come into Celestial being found the now floating dead body of Tieria.
Setsuna says, " Tieria ..., I will avenge you."
Tieria said, " Don't write me off so soon."
As Tieria's voice echoed in the VEDA server room, Setsuna turned around to see everywhere and said, " Tieria, where are you ?"
Tieria said, "Setsuna i am glad that I am made an innovator, no a Innovade. Now that I am completely combined with VEDA. You should go out and stop Ribbons and another Innovade who just stole a lot of data from VEDA, so the peace can truly be achieved."
Out in space
Ribbons, who came to stop the trial system, used his Reborns Gundam to destroy the seraphim Gundam unit and confronts Setsuna, who has just exited the celestial being in his Gundam 00 Raiser.
Ribbons said, " A little respect wouldn't be bad after all, without my intervention, you wouldn't be a Gundam Meister Setsuna F Seiei ."
Setsuna responds by firing at Ribbons as their battle starts. Ribbons realizes that even with the perfect Trans-Am system they developed and the twin drives system data he made with the stolen data from the celestials his machine's power was still nowhere near the power of the original GN drive.
Ribbons said, " If not for me needing to control and create a united Earth Federation and create A-Laws to keep absolute control i would have sent a ship to Jupiter to create a few original GN drives."
While they were in an intense fight on of the stray cannon shots of Reborn's Gundam destroyed the escape pod of Alex while also killing him, which made even Tieria feel that Alex was seriously unlucky.
Alex, who felt the destructive force of the GN cannon, couldn't help but wonder if he was he lucky to be transmigrated in the Gundam universe or unlucky to be killed so soon, all his time hear was spent floating in space, and luckily access to a lot of which Alejandro Corner and his family spent years wishing to get but never truly obtained.
In another parallel Gundam universe
Cosmic Era (C.E) year 66, Eurasian Federation capital
In a VIP ward of the Hospital room named with the name "Alex Ashford."
A boy of 12 years old stirs awake.
Alex wakes up feeling as if his entire body is hurting, thinking it must be a miracle he survived the GN cannon, wondering if it is his innovade body or pure luck, when suddenly his head hurts, and new memories of a 12-year-old boy named Alex Ashford merge with him and let him realize he is reborn again.
This time, however, was different, unlike in the previous innovade body whose consciousness was gone, maybe uploaded to VEDA after he realized the situation of the escape pod, and uploaded to one of the drones by Ribbons to use his better piloting skills instead of one suicide drone.
Now though Alex found his conscious merge with the boy who would have died had he not be transmigrated because the boy had multiple bullet wounds which had to be operated on and but how can a child have enough will power live through such pain while waiting for surgery just his brain was about to give in to the pain and shutdown forever, i.e die Alex had transmigrated.
Alex thinks, " Oh, it hurts everywhere, damn blue cosmos idiots used by the Logos to enrich themselves and shouting stupid things like 'For the preservation of our blue and pure world'. I have to hold on even if it hurts like hell and can't give up or else I might die, and I have a feeling if I die again I might die for good no more coming from the dead like Loki's tricks end when Thanos gives Loki a clean crush in avengers infinity wars."
The door opens, and Alex is pushed to operation room along with his worried parents, James Ashford and Emma Ashford.
James said, " Don't worry, Emma, he will pull through. Our son is a tough boy and a coordinator, so his body is stronger than a natural human."
Emma said, " Why is this happening? We even moved away from the Atlantic Federation when we chose to have our son become a coordinator because of the dangers of blue cosmos there. So why did my son have to go through this here?"
James said, " Don't cry i will make sure to get them the punishment they deserve."
After a few hours
In the operating room, Alex got through this ordeal somehow with his willpower and survived.
Alex thinks, "Finally out of death's door now lets see what the life of this boy is" and so he starts to go through the memories of the boy merging them completely with him along with the emotions that come with them.
Alex is happy to know that, at least in this life, he has good and loving parents, as he was an orphan in his original life, and he is also not sad about dying in the GN cannon, as he would not have fared well being remembered by Tieria even if he somehow survived.
