"What do you mean, spice things up?" Fenja frowned; she didn't understand what Irene was trying to say, but the way she looked at her made her feel uncomfortable.
However, Irene didn't explain what she insinuated, and Fenja didn't really want to know either.
"Can you stay here? I don't like to eat alone," Fenja said when Irene had prepared food for her and was about to leave again. "There are a few things I want to ask."
Irene contemplated, because it was against the rule, but Fenja insisted, and she loved to talk. More so, she was curious about the things that the new luna wanted to say.
"But I will stand here." Irene finally relented, but she didn't sit with Fenja; instead, she stood next to her.
Aware that this was the best compromise she could get, Fenja didn't try to persuade her anymore, and even though it was awkward, her question was way more important.
