"Nina, I think it's high time you consider starting your revenge by hunting those who were the major cause of your problem today—I mean, your molesters," Kiara said as she walked out of the kitchen, carrying a bowl of rice.
Nina sighed, her expression turning gloomy. Although this had been on her mind, she didn't like being reminded of it because it makes her remember the loss of her child and the agony she went through.
"We shall discuss this later, Kiara. For now, my mind is full. Please, I need to ease some things off my head," she responded, her voice weak and pitiful.
"I'm so sorry for bringing up the topic now," Kiara apologized, feeling sorry for her friend.
Nina dropped her phone and lay back on the couch. "I need to take medication. I'm starting to develop a headache," she complained.
She reached for her purse and took out some cash. "Please rush to the nearby pharmacy and get me some medicine," she said, giving her a lot of cash.
