"Yes, please. I'm at the gate," Philip replied.
"But why are you at my place at this time of night, Philip?" she continued asking. She was displeased to the core.
He sighed in disbelief. "Okay, can you just come and meet me at the gate if you don't want to let me inside your house?" Philip pleaded as he noticed how harsh and mean Nina was sounding.
"But you are yet to tell me your reason for this unexpected visit. Come on, Philip, you can't just come to my place at night and instruct me to come out," Nina explained.
She was being cautious now because she was certain that those men could come again since they were defeated the last time, and this time they would certainly come prepared since they had found out that she was a wolf with superpowers.
"Okay, there's something I want to talk to you about; that was the reason I am here. I'm really sorry that I didn't come earlier. I was busy all day," said Philip. From his voice, she could tell he was desperate to see her.
