Ava's eyes fluttered open to the bright rays of the morning sun on her face. She squinted and shielded her eyes with her hands before she sat up in bed.
'When did I sleep off?' She wondered drowsily as she looked around. When she didn't immediately find the place she was in familiar, she quickly sprang out of bed.
Ava looked around wildly. 'Where–' She stopped short when she started to find the white walls and expensive furniture a little familiar.
'Oh…' She thought, the rapid beating of her heart toning down, as she placed a hand on her chest with the urge to sigh in relief. 'I'm in Eitan's apartment…'
She slowly walked to the sofa in front of her bed and settled in it heavily. 'You're so stupid, Ava… Why would you sleep off in a stranger's car? What would you have done if he had taken you somewhere weird and done something…?'
Her body visibly shivered at the thought and she buried her face in her hands. All of a sudden, she jolted and stood up from the sofa sharply.
