The Void King / Zhao/ Thane
This was not how it was supposed to end. No one was supposed to enter this world because he had shut it off entirely from the outside world.
When he first saw Veyr, his eyes widened in shock. He had almost revealed his true intention, but Zhao held himself back, and now everything he had planned was about to be destroyed.
How could it be possible that they had broken through his trap?
This was his only chance to get Ryn and make him submit to him, but everything could have been useless now because Veyr was here. He was going to lose his chance to become the Dragon King.
"Where are you going, Thane?" Jani asked as he stood up from the midst of the students and headed to the other side of the hill, where Veyr had taken Ryn.
Zhao knew there was a reason for that. The alpha would not enter this world without a plan, and this could pose a threat to him.
"Senior Veyr asked us to stay behind, so we must do that. So, where are you heading to?"
