Chapter 1 - chapter 1: The Betrayal of a Hero

Let me introduce myself—my name is Leon Banshee, the eldest son of the Banshee family. The Banshee family is one of the noble families that serve the Kingdom of Rudhal.

At the young age of twelve, I had already slain ten vampires who had infiltrated the Rudhal Kingdom. From that day on, I was immediately appointed as a hero of the kingdom.

In this world, humans and vampires have been at war for hundreds of years.

By the time I turned twenty, I had already slaughtered hundreds of vampires with my own hands. Because of that, people began to call me "The Vampire Slayer."

But one day, while I was hunting a vampire...

"Where do you think you're going, you bastard vampire?" I shouted.

I killed the vampire on the spot, without hesitation.

My comrade arrived at the scene shortly after.

"Leon, great work today," said Gepard, my comrade and also my best friend.

"Yeah, that's enough for today. Let's head back," I replied.

"Alright. I'm exhausted from this battlefield," said Gepard.

Just as we were about to return to the palace, a group of vampires appeared, fully armed.

"That's the human who's been hunting our kind! Let's kill him!!" shouted one of the vampires.

Seeing the size of the approaching vampire army, Gepard began to panic.

"Oi, oi, are you serious? That many enemies, and it's just the two of us?" Gepard said.

"Don't panic. With our power, we can defeat them," I said while giving him instructions.

But just as I was giving instructions, Gepard suddenly stabbed me from behind.

"W-what are you doing?" I asked, coughing up blood.

"I'm sorry, Leon. I still want to live, and I'm tired of living in your shadow," Gepard said.

"A-aren't you afraid the Banshee family will hunt you down?" I asked.

"Don't worry. I'll just tell them you betrayed humanity," Gepard replied with a smug smile.

"What?! Damn you, Gepard!" I shouted.

The vampire troops approached us even closer.

"Oops, they're getting closer. Well then, goodbye, my friend. That is… if you survive," said Gepard.

Gepard left me lying on the ground.

Not long after, the vampire troops reached me.

"This is the one who massacred our kind," one of them said.

"Damn it... If that bastard Gepard hadn't stabbed me, I could've killed every last one of you," I groaned.

Just as the vampires were preparing to kill me, they received a call from the Vampire Queen.

"Wait! Don't kill him. Bring him to the castle and lock him in the dungeon," ordered the queen.

"Yes, Your Majesty," replied one of the soldiers.

They carried me into the vampire castle.

Some time later, I arrived at the dungeon and was immediately shackled.

"Let me go, you bastards! Do you even know who I am?!" I shouted, struggling against the restraints.

They ignored me, and not long after, the Vampire Queen finally arrived.

"Oh? So this is the hero who was betrayed by his own people," said the queen.

"Y-you? No way... Vampire Queen Alice?" I said.

"Oh? So you know who I am," said Alice.

"What do you want from me, Alice?" I asked, shaking my shackles.

"At first, I wanted to make you my prisoner. But seeing you suffer like this… it only makes me want to kill you more," said Alice, licking her lips.

"What?" I gasped.

Her words shocked me, but in that desperate moment, I came up with an idea that might save my life.

"If you want to kill me, tell your soldiers to leave. There's something I want to say to you," I said.

"Oh? Do you think I'll listen to your request?" said Alice.

"Come on. What could I possibly do to you? You've sealed my power, and I'm already weak," I said.

"Hmm, you have a point. But if you try anything funny, I'll kill you instantly," said Alice.

She ordered her soldiers to leave, and soon it was just the two of us.

"Now then, what do you want to say?" asked Alice.

"Hehehe... In that case, Blood Contract!" I shouted.

Alice stepped back as I activated the technique, and moments later, her body started to heat up.

"W-what did you do to me?!" she asked, fanning herself.

"This is a Blood Contract. If one of us dies, the other dies too," I said.

"Blood Contract?! Damn you! Cancel it now!" Alice screamed.

"Hahaha, it can't be undone. Once a blood contract is made, it lasts until death," I replied.

"Y-you bastard!" shouted Alice.

"Hahaha! See you around," I said.

I collapsed from blood loss and depleted mana due to the blood contract.

"You think you can die that easily? Not without my permission," said Alice.

She healed me, and the wound from Gepard's stab slowly disappeared.

However, her body grew increasingly hotter due to the contract, and she began to feel something she had never experienced before.

"Damn this contract… If it weren't for this, I wouldn't be feeling this way..."

She tried to resist the heat, but eventually she couldn't take it. She removed her clothes and had intercourse with me while I was still unconscious.

"I never thought being with a human would feel this good..." said Alice.

After some time, the heat in her body subsided, and she dressed herself again.

"Serves you right for doing that to me," Alice muttered.

Not long after, the guards outside entered the prison.

"Is everything alright, Your Majesty?" one of them asked.

"I'm fine," Alice replied.

"What shall we do with the human, Your Majesty?" asked another.

"Remove his shackles and take him to my room. No more questions," said Alice coldly.

"Yes, Your Majesty," the soldiers responded.

They removed my shackles and carried me to her room.

---

Five years later, after that incident, I finally woke up.

"W-where am I? Wasn't I still in the prison ?" I asked.

I sat up on the bed and touched my body, shocked to find that the scar from Gepard's betrayal was gone.

Soon after, a small child who looked just like Alice entered the room.

"Oh, Daddy's awake!" said the little girl.

"Wait—who are you? What are you doing here? Where are your parents? And why did you call me Daddy?" I asked.

"Oh, you've been unconscious for a long time. Let me introduce myself—my name is Alicia. I'm your daughter, and Mommy's too."

I froze at her words.

"Your… daughter? Me? Then… who's your mother?" I asked, stunned.

Suddenly, Alice entered the room.

"Of course, it's me," said Alice with a sly smile.

I stood frozen, unable to process what I had just heard, while Alicia smiled sweetly at me.

What should I do now? Should I accept all of this? And what happened to the Banshee family after Gepard's lies?

Stay tuned for Chapter 2.
