2063, November 28th, 10am.
I am K'yan. But you can call me Ken, I'm 19 in case you're curious. I know I know you may be wondering what kind of a name is "K'yan"? It's weird I get that alot. No clue who gave it to me. From the beginning every single document of mine– "K'yan" was written on it. Can say I was born that way.
Letting out a sigh I continued–
Right now I'm on my way to Velmir city where my grandparents are. I love traveling, though these journeys give me a headache sometimes, after the year I've had I could use some break.
[Chapter 2]
One of the biggest parts of traveling for me is going alone.
It isn't really one of my things, but there's a separate thrill to it. I hate noisy business that's why I prefer a peaceful journey though, but I could use a companion at this time. Being all alone sucks.
Let me tell you, I've been cautious. Ignoring the fact that there's something that's been bugging me, I'm getting a strange feeling over and over as if someone's secretly watching over me. I looked everywhere but I couldn't find anything or anyone.
Trying to distract myself I took a deep breath and looked out of the window, the same nostalgic strange sound of the train, the little noticeable vibrations, the green lands before my eyes moving away one by one. The sun's light was so perfect, the temperature was so soothing– I could just… doze off to sleep–
Suddenly I got all shaken up by this feeling… something's not right… I could tell there's a strong presence of something utterly terrifying coming. The train started to stutter violently. With discomfort my panic started to take place. "Strange", I muttered No one– is on the train but me? How? Something is wrong!
I choked on my own breath and rushed to check the gates. "What is this!?"
Before I could think further a bright bang of flash blinded my eyes I dropped on my knees "UGHHH" I screamed trying to keep my composure. My eyes were burning, not sure if I would be able to see again or not. After a few more painful minutes I finally was able to see again, though it was painful, but I had no options did I? After I got up, the scene flashed was quite hard to explain. Dark Blue clouds started to cover the sky. I tried to make sense out of the situation but how? dark blue clouds are unnatural itself. I thought this must be for some scientific experiment or miracle of nature. "What in the world?" I muttered. Gulping down the dry throat. Already having a gut feeling I thought I should calm down. At that right exact moment. I felt a sharp pain in my chest and.
The train. It flipped. The whole train. Just flipped out of pure outer force. I could hear a terrifying roar of something I never heard before. My senses became dull. "It's cold… Am I drowning?, my chest. It hurts but I–"
It happened in an instance where I couldn't feel anything anymore.
lying down in the broken scene- coughed up blood like I was stabbed on the chest "W-what's happening?"
"Shit" I hardly mumbled. It hurts, I think I broke my lower rib or two. On the floor counting my last breaths until I'm awake.
The world before my eyes has already become darker. No use. I can't even see, even after the flickering lights made the insides a bit visible. It was getting harder and harder to believe what I'm seeing, what I'm feeling.
I was thinking about so many questions I needed answers for. But before I could come up with a conclusion I felt my heart pounding in my chest hard. Pain was rapidly getting unbearable. "What's this?" I barely managed to speak some words, is this the end for me? I thought. "Am… Am I really going to die?" I whispered.
Closing my eyes as I just can't accept my fate. I smiled. Mouth opened as I painted hard. "George… son of a bitch I'm not leaving without you, I will, I will–" tears of rage, regret, grief- streaming down
"NO. This can't be my end, I refuse to die. I refuse to believe" my chest was burning with desire to live. I just couldn't accept my death at this moment, why. How. How can I even die at a time like this. No I must not. But in the end physical pain takes over mental will. And–
Last few words before I drift away unconscious. Is this the end? My end? I don't wanna go– I have so many things left to do. It hurts. It hurts so much. I'm sorry.
"Monster", a voice echoed.Who could this be? "You are a monster" voice continued. Who is this? "Accept it" what? "Monster" chanted again.
I saw a dark figure with bright white eyes appear right in front of my vision… I couldn't understand why but I felt a strange closeness to it. "Who are you?" I asked in confusion. The voice repeated "Monster". Getting impatient I asked again "W-who are you? Where are we?"
Finally it broke the silence
"Monster, you are the monster" A wide smile appeared on its face. In a very stage foreign voice it started to speak,
"I am you" I got really confused by his statement. He continued, "We'll be staying together, partner." what? Partner? Me? Before I could put things together I gasped open my eyes.
"It was a dream?" I held the seat and stood up very slowly. Suddenly I felt heavy footsteps rushing towards me, it was as if each step was causing the earth to shake. And then what I saw just confirmed that this day can't get any more worse. A huge muscular figure about 8 feet tall is now rushing towards my compartment.
"GAAAAHHHHHH" that thing screamed. "Holly shit. What is this thing" that thing was mere a meter away when I realised "I'm fucked". I tried to run but no way I can never outrun this. This. This. Monster. "GAAAAHHHHHH" screamed that thing, worst case scenario? I die. I stood there watching it. The world around me felt cold. A strange silence covered my ear. Closing my eyes I streched my arms. "Come at me you mother fucker"
That thing grabbed me brutally twisting my upper to lower body. "AHHHHHH, YOU SON OF A BITCH" I screamed in pain. That monster didn't stop there. I blow a few weak punches. Of Course nothing would work. Blood dripped out as I choked on it. That thing Lunged at me, its claws grabbed down on both my upper and lower body. I barely had time to scream before its massive jaws sank into my side and tore out a chunk of flesh, leaving me in excruciating pain and agony.
To think, death would've been more peaceful than this. "die" I whispered. That thing finally let me go. It threw my almost lifeless body to the ground and fled away.
[You have died]

(Few hours later)
My eyelids fluttered open. "Ah, so finally you woke up" a voice I've never heard before spoke to me. "Don't worry the anaesthetic effect will clear out soon" my mind was racing with so many questions. Then finally my vision got cleared.
I was lying on a hospital bed. "Don't worry I've treated your wounds well. You'll soon get better" hearing these I asked "What happened to me?" He replied "As your doctor I should tell you what happened"
"You were the only survivor of the entire train incident"
"Train Incident?" I repeated
"The train incident of November 28th, no one but you survived somehow, we were amazed to find you in your broken condition"
"November 28th?, what's the date today?" I asked
"December 1st, you've been in a coma for 3 days" he replied
I sighed recalling what happened. The train, the moment, the monster. And most importantly the dark figure? Was it really a dream?
"Dude you gotta be lucky as hell how did you even survive that level of Monstrosity" he said
I smiled "Maybe because I am a monster".
