Arthas lowered his head, pondering. His thoughts were simple: Was the Fallen Angel Governor insane?

Showing up unexpectedly, chatting, and leaving with a cryptic "I look forward to our next meeting"—the Fallen Angel Governor was definitely crazy.

In the Occult Research Club room…

Despite his suspicions about Azazel's sanity, Arthas informed Rias and the others about their meeting.

The Fallen Angels' goal was divine artifacts. Azazel wouldn't stoop to stealing Arthas's artifact, but caution was warranted.

"Azazel, the Fallen Angel Governor." Everyone was surprised. Such a high-ranking figure was unimaginable before.

"What's so surprising? You'll be meeting with high-ranking figures from the three factions soon. Don't be disrespectful." Rias chided her familiars for their shocked reactions.

"They're still children; their reaction is understandable, Rias." A voice echoed, and everyone turned to see a smiling red-haired man.

Arthas recognized him immediately. Rias's familiars, except Asia, Irina, and Xenovia, knelt before him.

The three former Church members exchanged confused glances.

Rias, surprised, stood and addressed the man.

"Bro… brother…"

Her voice was filled with astonishment at her brother's unannounced arrival.

"Azazel won't act like Kokabiel, but he might pull a prank like this. The Governor arrived earlier than expected."

The Devil King said. Grayfia, his "Queen," followed. Her presence was expected.

Arthas, though also a familiar, showed no nervousness or sign of bowing before Sirzechs.

"Relax, I'm here personally."

Sirzechs didn't mind, gesturing for them to relax. Yuuto and the others stood up.

Rias blushed inexplicably, perhaps thinking Arthas's lack of bowing was due to his position as her husband.

"Hey, sister. This room is boring. Lots of young girls, but the only decorations are magic circles. That's a problem."

"This isn't the time for that, brother. Why are you here?"

Rias asked, astonished. Sirzechs produced a flyer.

"What do you mean? Parents' Visitation Day is coming up, isn't it? I thought I'd attend. I wanted to see my diligent sister studying."

"Grayfia told you, right?"

Rias asked Grayfia, who nodded.

"Yes. The academy's report was sent to me, handling the Gremory family's schedule. And as Sirzechs Lucifer's 'Queen,' I naturally report to my master."

Rias sighed, unhappy.

"Despite my busy schedule, after receiving the report, I wanted to attend my sister's Parents' Visitation Day, even if I had to take time off. Don't worry, Father will be here too."

"That's not what I'm worried about! You're a Devil King! You can't just abandon your work! Devil Kings shouldn't favor devils!"

Rias continued to argue, but Sirzechs shook his head.

"No, this is work too, Rias. I want to hold the three-faction negotiations here. It's also a site inspection."

"Here…? Really?"

Rias's eyes widened; she had to confirm.

"Yes, it seems we share a connection with this academy. My sister, the Holy Demonic Swordsman, the Excalibur wielder, Serafall Leviathan's sister are all here. Kokabiel and the White Dragon Emperor attacked here. This isn't mere coincidence. Various powers mixed, causing a distortion. The distortion's acceleration… I think it's due to Arthas, a being who breaks the rules."

Sirzechs smiled, looking at Arthas with what seemed like a brother-in-law's gaze, causing Rias to blush and lower her head.

The "breaking the rules" referred to Arthas's reincarnation using eleven devil pieces.

"I heard about what you did. You held off Kokabiel alone and protected Rias. I haven't thanked you yet."

"As a Gremory familiar, it's my duty."

Arthas replied calmly.

"I am the Devil King. Nice to meet you. My name is Xenovia."

Xenovia, the new devil with green-streaked hair, spoke up. The former Excalibur wielder was now one of Rias's knights.

"Nice to meet you, Xenovia. I'm Sirzechs Lucifer. Rias reported. An Excalibur wielder reincarnating as a devil and becoming my sister's familiar… honestly, I thought I'd misheard."

"I didn't expect to become a devil either. Reincarnating as someone I'd destroyed… I still regret my actions. Why did I become a devil? Despair? No, but at the time, I felt indifferent… but was it right to become a devil?"

Xenovia fell into thought. Despite being a devil for a while, she, like Asia, hadn't completely abandoned her faith.
