It was 8:40 am.
Aidan checked his watch, mentally calculating that he had exactly twenty minutes to spare before needing to return to the studio for Anna's interview.
He stared down at his phone again. The message had come in that morning, just after he'd dropped Anna off.
He picked up his phone and stared down at the message again.
"Let's meet. I have a proposal for you."
Kathryna's message had come in just that morning after he'd dropped Anna off. He had promised Anna to be back before the interview.
Aidan was greatly amused by the message, wondering what silly proposal Kathryn had for him. Curiosity was a dangerous thing, because now he was tempted to hear what silly proposal she had for him.
He stepped out of the car, shut the door with a muted thud, and approached the gate. He knocked sharply on the gate and the security guard opened it, and let him in without a word. Apparently, they'd been expecting him.
