"Thank you sir Elios! Without your help, I might not have been able to go to work for a week."
"Sir Elios, here are a few white lemons for you. They aren't much, but we could do at least this much for doing the extra work at our home."
"Sir Snow Priest! Thank you for helping us!"
"Thank you, Sir Snow Priest!"
"Sir Snow Priest, you didn't have to fix our door. I was going to do that tonight… still. Thank you. Here, have some bread."
"Sir Snow Priest, if you have anything you want from me. You can contact us. We are the best builders in town!"
Bowing to the last person on the list, Noah looked at the two suns high up in the sky. It was already 2 in the afternoon, a little late than what Noah predicted, but to the girl who was following him all day, she was way more surprised than ever.
Noah not only did the work mentioned in the request but also went a little extra helping them with menial work such as cleaning, watering the plants, fixing broken pipes and furniture. And the most surprising fact was that he did that all without stopping even for a second.
It was as if his stamina and mana were near infinite.
"Miss Aisha. We can now go to that well you were talking about."(Noah)
Observing Aisha, Noah simply kept a poker face, waiting for her to speak. And it took her a few seconds to realize that he had already finished all the 50 works. Given his speed he was showing, it was pretty much possible, but she was still surprised to see that in person.
"Cough. Actually. I was thinking about having lunch first. Both of us didn't have any proper breakfast, so maybe we can take a bit of time to eat first?"(Aisha)
All that walking around made Aisha hungry so much that she was having hunger pangs now. Perhaps she was enthralled with his work, she forgot about her hunger, but now that the cravings were harder to bear, she decided to at least eat first before she could continue.
'It was probably the same for Noah, no?'(Aisha)
She observed Noah's face but couldn't figure out much. But seeing Noah nodding at her words, she believed in her thoughts and then both of them reached the nearest restaurant.
"ELIOS!!!"
As soon as they entered the restaurant, they saw a boy waving his hand towards them. He was sitting on an empty table, probably waiting for his order. His excited smile made Noah sigh as he honestly didn't want to meet this guy again. But since fate had them meet again…
"Do you know him, Elios?"(Aisha)
Aisha asked in a low voice as they both reached towards the boy, before Noah answered,
"Acquaintance. Hello, Zero. You seem better than before."(Noah)
He was the same kid he met before, Zero. The guy who hunted the Dark Mages in that restaurant basement before. Carrying the same energetic smile, he looked at Noah for a few seconds before turning to Aisha, as his eyes widened a lot.
"Wow! Who is this beauty? You know her, Noah?"(Zero)
He was a tad bit rude, but Aisha didn't seem to mind as she simply decided to sit on one of the chairs, while Noah sat on another. Three of the four seats were now filled with the one opposite to him, empty.
"Acquaintance."(Noah)
Noah answered once again before looking at the nearby waiter and calling him to the table.
"Hi! I am Zero. A Free willed adventurer who is someday going to be the strongest in the entire world! If a lady like you needs any help, I am always available."(Zero)
Ignoring the cheesy and corny lines he was speaking, Noah ordered the waiter a bunch of things before Aisha followed as well. Since Zero had already done with his order before, now all of them needed to wait here.
"Are you still on a mission?"(Noah)
Noah asked directly with a keen interest, while Zero paused for a moment before getting serious as he looked at Aisha and then back at Noah. And seeing that Noah didn't mind anything, he spoke in a low voice,
"I have heard that they are planning a grand ritual outside the west gate. I don't know much about the details but many of the dark mages are secretly collecting that area, including a few higher ups as well."(Zero)
It seemed confidential information. Was it all right for him to reveal this easily? Noah pondered for a few seconds before looking at Zero and at Aisha who narrowed her eyes at Zero.
"Zero. Are you sure what you are telling is true? Lying about something big-"(Aisha)
Aisha was speaking but the waiter then brought Zero's order, while all three of us pretended to be normal until he went back.
"I can't tell you about my sources but it's true. That is also why I called you here, Elios. If it is possible, do not go outside the west wall today or this week."(Zero)
He spoke he chewed a bite of the tender meat, while Aisha pondered a bit before turning to me as she spoke,
"Elios. I am sorry, but I think we might need to postpone the healing of the well. If what Zero is saying is true, then this whole thing is far more dangerous than before."(Aisha)
Worry flashed in Aisha's eyes, though it didn't seem like she was worried about the incident as much as she was worried about getting Noah involved.
Aisha then looked at Zero and asked a bunch of questions targeting how much he knew and how dangerous was the situation but the answers were vague so there wasn't any proper conclusion of how dangerous this situation was.
In between, the food came and they all began to eat in silence. And within the next 10 minutes, both Aisha and Zero finished their food before Aisha stood up.
"Zero. Take me that place."(Aisha)
Aisha spoke while Zero nodded before bowing politely to Noah, and then leaving from there with Aisha as they both left with a serious expression on their faces. Noah looked at the half filled plate in front of him and sighed before continuing to eat it in silence.
[What do you think? Should we help?](Elios)
Looking at Elios' message, Noah didn't say anything until he was done with the food. And as he pondered about what to do with the situation..
"Sir. Here is the bill."
The waiter came with the bill in his hand.
"…"(Noah)
[…](Elios)
