"It's Doctor Strange!"
Although the figure was still completely shrouded in darkness due to the lighting, the silhouette and the flickering cloak instantly identified the identity.
"Thor Odinson!"
The voice drifted out from the darkness.
As expected, it was Doctor Strange's voice.
The man's identity was confirmed.
Thor on the screen clearly didn't recognize Doctor Strange, but judging by his impressive demeanor, he knew he was no ordinary figure, and a look of alarm immediately crossed his face.
He slowly raised the umbrella he'd been holding tightly in his hand, facing Doctor Strange.
"Is that an umbrella?"
Dr. Banner was puzzled.
It was a bright, sunny day on Earth, without a single cloud. Why would Thor carry an umbrella? He
instinctively raised it, as if using it as a weapon.
"This suit, this umbrella."
Tony Stark pondered for a moment, his face suddenly lit up with realization; he had finally remembered something.
However, everyone's attention was focused on the big screen, following the story's progression, so Tony Stark didn't say much.
"God of Thunder,"
Doctor Strange slowly descended next to Thor and glanced at the umbrella in Thor's hand. "You can put it down now."
Thor studied Doctor Strange for a moment before slowly placing his own umbrella on the ground.
But at that moment, Thor stumbled again, and the scene around him shifted again.
Thor looked around, somewhat bewildered, realizing he had inexplicably emerged from his original room into another.
"So, there are wizards on Earth now?" Thor asked, glancing at Doctor Strange.
"To be precise, it should be the Secret Mage."
"Alright, Mage, who are you, and what do you want
to talk to me about?" "I am Dr. Stephen Strange, and I have some questions for you," Doctor Strange said to Thor. "Please take a seat."
Swish!
Thor stumbled again as Doctor Strange spoke, and he instinctively turned his head to find himself in another room,
seated on a sofa.
Across from him, Doctor Strange sat calmly on the sofa.
"This is Doctor Strange, this is the Mage?"
Dr. Banner, witnessing Doctor Strange's abilities for the first time, couldn't help but exclaim in amazement.
Doctor Strange was simply too powerful. He could control space so effortlessly, shifting space with a single thought. It was simply astonishing.
Thor, so powerful, was like a puppet before Doctor Strange. He
allowed himself to be "toyed with," manipulated, and dazed from beginning to end, unable to make a single move.
"Tea?" Doctor Strange asked, looking at Thor
on the screen . Thor immediately felt a sinking sensation in his hand, a distinct tactile sensation. He instinctively raised his hand to look, and a teacup had appeared in his grasp. "I don't drink tea!" Thor shook his head. "Then what are you drinking?" "As long as it's not tea." Just as he finished speaking, Thor realized the teacup in his hand had transformed into a large wine glass, filled with beer. Even those who had witnessed Doctor Strange's methods were amazed. This miraculous method was truly eye-opening. "I've always been monitoring people and objects from other worlds, as they could be potential threats to this world." After offering Thor a glass of wine, Doctor Strange began to explain his purpose. "And your adopted brother, Loki, is definitely one of them." "So Loki really was adopted!" Tony Stark couldn't help but exclaim in surprise. The other elderly people answering the questions were also somewhat surprised. Everyone had long speculated about Loki's origins. It's entirely possible that the child wasn't Odin and Frigga's. Perhaps he was born to a mistress, or perhaps received as a gift from a phone topping up, but definitely not Thor's full brother. But no one could agree. Unexpectedly, here, Doctor Strange revealed Loki's origins: he was adopted by Odin. This might explain the stark difference in personality between the two brothers. It turns out they have half-siblings. On the screen, Thor downed most of his beer in one gulp, shrugged, and agreed with Doctor Strange, "He certainly deserves it." At that moment, the remaining liquid at the bottom of the glass suddenly gushed out like a fountain. The half-empty glass of beer was once again full. Doctor Strange's magic was truly remarkable, seemingly omnipotent. "Then why did you bring him to Earth?" Doctor Strange asked, his gaze fixed on Thor. "We're looking for our father," Thor told him truthfully. "So... if I tell you where Odin is, will everyone involved return to Asgard?" Doctor Strange asked thoughtfully. "Of course, right away," Thor replied seriously. "Great, then let me help you!" Doctor Strange made this decision very happily. "If you knew where he was, why didn't you call me?" Thor then asked. Everyone in front of the screen: "..." Calling Asgard from Earth?
Thor, you're so bold!
"First of all, let me be clear. Your father has a strong desire not to be disturbed. He's chosen to go into self-exile for a while," Doctor Strange explained with a serious face. "Secondly, you don't have a phone."
Self-exile!
Doctor Strange's words perfectly explain why Odin disappeared from Asgard, leaving Loki to mess around there. So the old God King was in self-exile.
I knew it, how could Loki alone possibly defeat Odin?
"I don't have a phone, but you can send me an email, that thing called email," Thor's voice continued, addressing Doctor Strange matter-of-factly.
"Do you have a computer?"
"No, what's that for?"
Doctor Strange, standing opposite him, looked frustrated.
"Never mind, my father's exile ends here. Tell me where he is, and I'll take him home immediately," Thor said to Doctor Strange again with a serious face.
"No problem, he's in Norway!" Doctor Strange said readily.
Then he plucked a lock of Thor's hair, opened a magical portal, and transported Thor and Loki to Norway, the place of Odin's self-exile.
After passing through the magical portal, the two brothers appeared on a lush green meadow.
Odin stood on the seashore at the end of the meadow.
"This place?"
Some of the elderly who had experienced answering related questions immediately felt familiar, and many had already recognized it.
"This looks like the place where Hela appeared! And Thor and Loki are wearing the same clothes they wore back then!"
Captain America spoke in a deep voice.
His words whetted everyone's appetite.
Wasn't this footage related to the search for Odin? How could it be linked to Hela?
Could Odin's self-exile be linked to Hela?
Could it be...
Many people suddenly remembered something: when Hela appeared, she'd said something like, "So, he must be dead."
At the time, no one knew who this "he" was.
But now, the footage of Odin's death suggested Hela's existence. Could this "he" Hela was referring to be Odin?
With this question in mind, everyone continued to focus on the big screen.
Thor and Loki quickly approached Odin's side.
At this moment, Odin no longer possessed the domineering and regal air of a former God King. Instead, he looked like an ordinary old man, his whole being exuding an air of aging.
"It's us, father!" Thor declared solemnly to Odin.
"My children, I have been waiting for you!" Odin greeted his two sons.
"Father, we have come to take you home," Thor repeated.
"Home, yes, your mother is calling me," Odin said. "Do you hear me?"
But there was no sound.
"Loki, break your spell!" Thor immediately called to Loki.
Loki shook his head, indicating that he had not used any magic on Odin.
"Haha," Odin smiled, turned around, and patted Loki's shoulder. "It was not easy to break free of your spell. Frigga would be very proud."
This clearly made it clear that Loki had become king of Asgard because he had used magic to keep Odin on Earth.
However, after breaking free of Loki's spell, Odin chose to exile himself and did not return to Asgard.
"Sit with me for a while. I don't have much time." Odin called to his two sons and sat down, facing the sea.
"I know we've failed you, but we will make amends," Thor said to Odin sternly.
"No, I failed you!" Odin shook his head. "Ragnarok has arrived."
Ragnarok?
Aside from Star-Lord, who looked bewildered, everyone else in front of the screen couldn't help but feel a surge of emotion. This was a monumental event from mythology.
It was unimaginable that it could actually happen in reality.
"I've stopped Ragnarok. I've put an end to Surtur," Thor declared.
This guy had actually already killed the fire giant Surtur!
"No, it's about to begin. She's coming!" Odin shook his head again.
She?
In an instant, everyone in front of the screen was filled with curiosity about this "she.
" Odin believed that if "she" arrived, Ragnarok would arrive. Whoever this "she" was, she was clearly a formidable figure.
"I have spent my entire life trying to stop her, but my time is running out," Odin repeated. "I can do nothing for her."
"Father, who are you talking about?" Thor couldn't help but ask.
"Hela, the goddess of death," Odin replied. "She is my firstborn, your sister."
"Holy crap!" "
Holy crap!"
"Holy crap!"
Everyone in front of the screen couldn't help but exclaim in shock. They were caught off guard, nearly falling to the ground.
Hela, the goddess of death, is actually Thor's sister?
The Hela who crushed Mjolnir with her bare hands, made Thor and Loki kneel down and call her queen, and even had a strong possibility of invading Asgard in the future, is actually Thor's sister?
Is this a mistake?
Hela, the goddess of death, has always been regarded as an extremely dangerous and equally mysterious being.
Although everyone doesn't know Hela's true strength, they subconsciously regard her as a cosmic power on par with Thanos.
After learning about the existence of this person, Thor also spent a lot of effort in the interstellar space to find out about this big guy. But in the end, he
found nothing.
This made everyone even more curious about Hela's origins.
But in the end.
Hela is Thor's sister!
It's outrageous and exaggerated!
"Your what?" Thor's voice continued to sound, but he was completely stunned.
"Her ambition expanded to the point that I couldn't control it. I couldn't stop her, so I imprisoned her and locked her up."
Odin ignored Thor, continuing his explanation, "Her power originates from Asgard. Once she reaches there, her might will be limitless."
"Whatever she is, we can stop her together!" Thor declared, addressing Odin.
"We can't. I'm already on another path," Odin declared. "You must face this alone. I love you, my children. Look over there."
Odin pointed in the distant direction of Asgard. "Remember that place, home."
With these words, Odin transformed into a vast expanse of golden light, vanishing from heaven to earth.
Although no one present, save Thor, had witnessed the death of an Asgardian, it was clear that Odin, as seen on the screen, was undoubtedly dead.
Odin, the God King, had met his end on Earth.
The image on the screen remained frozen in the golden light that had transformed Odin.
