After killing all three mid-rank B demons, Daniel naturally received Exp. But that wasn't all:

Now only the second requirement remained—breaking the dimensional barrier. Awakened beings below Rank B and above Rank B (and Rank B itself) come from different dimensions. To reach Rank B, you need both the Exp and to break through that barrier.
How? Daniel didn't know. He'd only heard it happened in life-or-death battles.
Right now, his only opportunity was to fight the Noble Demon—maybe that would break the barrier.
He then took three drops of his blood and let each drop fall on one of the mid-rank B demons.
