The deafening roars of electrocuted monsters echoed across the entire camp. But to the self-proclaimed hunters gathered there, those agonized cries meant absolutely nothing. They laughed, pouring more drinks into their glasses, completely indifferent to the creatures' suffering.
"We hit the jackpot today," a man chuckled, downing an entire glass in one gulp. His laughter was instantly matched with enthusiastic cheers.
"Damn right! Weeks of waiting, losing a Theron, and finally—finally, we bagged this damn beast along with its offspring!" another chimed in, voice brimming with triumph.
Their voices intertwined with the relentless, anguished wails of the imprisoned creatures, who thrashed against the iron cages, desperate for escape.
