"Out of all the waterfalls in the western lands, this one is the most stunning, Your Majesty," Danniel announced proudly, introducing the prized gem of his territory, one that had yet to be seen by anyone outside the Viscount Harrington family.
At first glance, the waterfall seemed ordinary. The water thundered down from the river upstream, crashing forcefully against the boulders below. But as it struck the massive stones, something remarkable happened, it created a faint, melodic sound, almost like the distant tune of a flute.
"What's that sound?"
"It's caused by air pressure hitting the hollow rocks beneath," Danniel explained. "Fast-moving air can trigger tiny particles to strike the larger stones in rhythmic patterns, producing vibrations, essentially resonance, that mimics the way a flute works. It's called the Aeolian sound phenomenon."
"So, the steady force of the water creates a natural flute melody?" "Glenn is curious.
"Exactly your majesty."
