—[Abilities]—

—[4/5]—

—Passive—

—Hive Connect[S]

—Active—

—Split[S]

—[-]—

Looking through the ability tab he noticed the change immediately.

It seemed that his abilities had been split between passive and active abilities, not a big change but one that was appreciated nonetheless.

Though he also noticed that [Split] had ranked up since he saw it, quickly he opened both skills descriptions and grinned as he read through the small description change from [Split]

[—Ability - Split

—Rank - A

—Description - Allows the user to split their essence and in doing so create a perfect replica of themselves, the clones stats will be slightly lower than the original but everything else will be a replica of the original.

Clones created will have total loyalty and obedience to the original. For a single clone, the user needs 5 in their Mana Stat and depending on how high their Mana stat is then they can create more.]

[—Ability - Hive Connect

—Rank - S

—Description - Allows the user to connect their minds to any clone that they have created, allowing them to control one of more clones with total clarity and ease.

- The Original may now be able to grant limited autonomy to their clones, allowing them to complete tasks ordered by their original with no need for the original to always be connected to the Hive.]

[Hive Connect] hadn't changed, his focus was on the [Split] ability.

The change in its description was abysmal but the practical changes of it were big.

First and foremost was the line 'the clones stats will be slightly lower than the original'.

The last he checked the clones he created had lowered physical stats, a big -5 to every physical stat and that line of description had been 'the clones stats will be lower than the original'

So now he wonder how close to his level his clones would become.

The biggest change though was the Mana Stat requirement for each clone he could create.

It had been 10 Mana Stat for a single clone, allowing him with his 69 Mana Stat to create 6 clones and no more.

But now the Mana Stat requirement had been lowered, by a lot.

Now he only needed 5 Mana Stat to create a clone.

Add with the clones he already had, that would total 13 clones in his arsenal.

' Okay, looks like this place is about to be crowded a bit.' He thought already imagining the increase in productivity and research data 13 clones could bring him.

At this point he could create a viable serum within a week, his [Aura Analysis] allowing him to skip testing on live humans entirely now he realised.

Grinning to himself he closed the tab, about to let himself get carried away and create as many clones as he could but stopped himself.

He still wasn't done looking through his System.

So with a sigh he went on to the next tab.

This time he raised a brow seeing the information on the tab named 'Soul-Bonds'.

[—Soul-Bonds—]

—[5/5]—

—[Bonded Items]—

—Silver Blade Of Dhaka[B]

—[Bonded Creatures]—

—None.

—[-]—

The sword he understood, it was one of the first things he obtained through his system.

But the line about Bonded Creatures confused him.

But after a couple seconds of thinking he had a hypothesis.

' Is the System anticipating me building up a pack?'

The thought had him mulling for a bit, it seemed that his system was making changes to itself to facilitate him in a way.

He didn't know what to think of that for now but he didn't really dwell on it.

The line though did spark up a problem he might have overlooked.

One being that he didn't know whether he could turn others or not.

In the series that hadn't been shown, or more that there was no Alpha form of the Chimeras for there for it to be shown.

The Chimera Pack in the later seasons at best was just a bunch of packless stragglers of Betas with no alpha to lead them.

So would the function of Betas empowering their alpha even work when he started building up a pack.

Because he knew that he'd need one, a lone wolf was easy pickings after all in a world where unity on some form equalled more power.

Though anyone going after him would be in for a rough time.

Thinking even deeper on that though he looked at a clone passing by, its eyes glued on a batch of yellow flowers that illuminated mana and a wild idea sparked.

He could possibly make his pack from nothing but himself, his clones shifting alongside himself to act as his pack.

But that idea was quickly squashed for the sole reason that he would need for his ability to clone himself to be hidden and unknown for as long as possible, and if possible, never to be known in the first place.

He had a plan on how his return would go out, a plan that would not only allow him to get a 'pardon' in a way that he could have his life back but one that also put him in a place of importance that would act as his smokescreen.

And his cloning ability was paramount to those plans.

So that idea was out, but he would turn each and every clone he could create into shifters, increasing his army in the shadows in a way but none of them would be the same chimera as he would be.

He had an outline for what Chimera he was gonna become.

Even before he could obtain the rewards for the mission he was given to become a Chimera, he already had a plan set out to make himself an insanely strong Chimera or atleast, one with the potential to become insanely strong.

Speaking of the quest he quickly brought up the Menu.

[—Menu—]

—[Status]—

—[Inventory]—

—[Missions]—

He slipped the inventory, there was nothing there anyway and opened his Missions to find the Quest he was looking for.

[—Mission: Supernatural in a bottle?—]

—Difficulty - Extreme

—Description: You've suddenly had the 'genius' idea of using supernatural DNA to create something that can turn you into a hybrid, a chimera of two species.

Create a stable hybridization serum and inject yourself to become a hybrid.

—Reward: True Hybrid[Trait], ???, ???, ???.]

[—Mission Difficulties - Easy - Moderate - Hard - Extreme - Infernal - Impossible ]

He chuckled at the difficulty index of the mission, appreciative of the addition, atleast now he'd know what type of shit he was throwing himself in before accepting a mission.

But as he looked at the only visible reward '[True Hybrid]' he wondered whether that would allow him the ability to change others with a bite like normal Alphas.

Or whether he'd need to tweak his plans a bit.

So sighing with himself at finally finishing looking through his status he walked up to the corner of the room, finding the bag that he had taken with him.

Inside he grabbed a small vial, inside was only a nail size drop of liquid.

Looking at it he grinned.

This was a drop of liquid from the [Cleansing Potion] he had undertaken, putting him at levels of the low ranked supernatural.

Looking at the drop though he wondered how many secrets he could unearth from it for his own gain.
