Mia paused and turned around. As her eyes fell on Levi, her lips curled up in a soft smile.
"Levi, what a pleasant surprise," she said to him as she walked over and allowed the man to give her a one-arm hug. "Are you going somewhere too?"
"Well, my mother did call me back home," replied Levi. Though his stance was casual, there were mysterious shadows in his eyes, which were rather inexplicable and quick to disappear when Mia was not paying attention.
Mia nodded upon hearing his response. However, before she could ask the man where he was going, Levi asked her, "Were you here to buy something to drink?"
"Oh, yes!" Recalling that she needed to bring a certain grumpy arsehole his drink, Mia pushed the rest of the questions to the back of her head. She then turned to look at the small shop that was selling beverages and said to Levi, "I will see you later."
