On Absoria's side, sitting on his throne, his eyes fixed on the void, he was deep in thought. His concentration was broken by Stellearte, his faithful support entity, who calmly warned him: "Owner, young Maria is in danger. An armada of sky gods is descending upon the world of the living."
Absoria remained impassive, his eyes drained of all emotion. "They are finally taking action," he murmured, a cold smile playing on his lips. He slowly sat up straight, then called out in a loud, authoritative voice: "Styr! Camélia!"
The two generals, Styr and Camelia, quickly arrived before their master, bowing their heads respectfully.
"Master, you called for us?" asked Styr.
In an icy tone, Absoria ordered them, "Go. Find Maria, Celina, Garu... and if Nitra is with them, take her too. Whether willingly or by force, bring them all to me. A breach will be opened for you."
Without another word, Absoria opened a dimensional breach in space. Styr and Camelia, obeying without hesitation, disappeared into the portal, their bodies melting into the sparkling light.
Absoria, meanwhile, stared at the breach with a cold, sinister gaze before leaping into space himself, landing near an asteroid floating in the cosmic void. He remained there, patiently awaiting the arrival of the divine armada.
After a few minutes, the sky of the universe lit up brilliantly. A divine light pierced the infinite void, accompanied by a powerful wave of energy fields that seemed to obliterate everything in their path. The armada of gods was finally descending.
Absoria, alone against the myriad gods, blocked their path with disconcerting ease. "So, here are the pathetic sheep of the sky," he declared contemptuously, his gaze hardening.
Three gods, exasperated by this insult, immediately charged Absoria. But with lightning speed, he decapitated the three divine entities in a single movement. Their heads rolled into the void of space, and their bodies collapsed, leaving silence in their wake.
"Analyze them all," Absoria ordered Stellearte. "What is the state of the situation? And what are my chances of victory?"
Stellearte replied calmly, "The three most powerful gods present here are the god of luck, the goddess of happiness, and the god of treachery. The probability of victory is 87%."
An evil smile appeared on Absoria's lips. "Perfect."
The remaining gods, sensing danger approaching, backed away slightly, frightened by the raw power of this unknown adversary.
"Who are you?" asked one of them, his voice trembling.
Absoria did not answer. With a fluid motion, he drew his sword, its blade glowing with a menacing black light. Without waiting, he lunged forward, beginning a bloody massacre among the ranks of the gods. The silent space was soon filled with screams and pain as Absoria cut down his enemies with surgical precision.
Terrified, the gods retreated, paralyzed by fear. However, one of them, with unwavering courage, decided not to flee. The god of war, recognizable by his imposing armor and warrior aura, descended into the arena.
"I will not let you kill them all without resistance," he declared before charging Absoria.
The clash between the two was immense. Absoria, taken aback by the intensity of the blow, stepped back slightly before counterattacking. In one fluid motion, he severed the god of combat's left hand, sending divine blood spurting into space. But the god of combat did not waver.
"You have the guts to fight, knowing you may die," Absoria said in an almost admiring tone.
The god of war, his face covered in blood, smiled despite the pain. "I don't intend to die here." He spat blood before lunging at Absoria again, a fierce smile on his lips.
As for Maria, Celina, and Garu, the trio was close to their destination: Nitra's house. Maria, determined, guided her companions through familiar landscapes that had been transformed by the passage of time.
Meanwhile, Melia, the girl Maria hated so much, was training in the shadows. Every day, she tried to reconnect with her mother, seeking to strengthen not only her powers, but also her emotions.
