1 Week Later
The wind rushed through my hair, to my left, Sera rode on a bike
"Your doing Great Levi, keep it up!" her bike had mini basket on the front that held some random supplies.
the dirt under my feet was slightly moist, so with each step I sank a little.
it was nearly time to call them to pick me up.
i stoped at the front entrance to the hospital track "So whats my time?" i knew Sera hadnt event timed me.
"5:36, fastest time yet" she held a small pocket watch.
my jaw was open "i didnt expect you to actualy time me" i put my hands in my pockets
"So what are you going to do now?" her voice was filled with curiosity.
"well im tired of hospital food, and todays my last day so, probably to clean myself up and go get food.." i flipped open the phone and searched for places near me "your welcome to join me, since youve helped me so much over the last few days"
she nodded, her face was red "ill join you, i guess." she hurridly placed the bike at a bike rack and hurried inside.
i guess women had a lot more to do when getting ready for an outing.
i needed a good burger, and just my luck a small place was nearby.
I turned around and walked towards the sliding glass doors of the hospital.
My footsteps echoed in the halways.
i opened the door to my room, 2 people were waiting there.
"So good to see you Levi, i see youve healed quite a bit." His black hair seemed to shine in the light, Leon.
"Ok now lets not get aggressive with each other" Of course Zayne was trying to act as a middle man, howd they get in my room?
"hows it going you two" my pointer finger was twitching.
"Well im doing quite well Levi, thanks for asking" Zayne responded first then Leon did "i came here to apologize to you, Levi"
i shrugged "i forgave you awhile ago, it was a duel things happen." i grabbed some jeans and a white shirt, from my bedside table "If you two would like, you can join me for dinner, its my last day here"
Zayne's eyebrows creased "But youve only been awake for a week"
Leon stayed quiete.
"ive been training, i hate doing nothing." i took off my shirt.
"Jesus Levi, what have you been trough" Zayne seemed concerned to the scars.
i dont even know how i got the scars, since the original Levi had them " it was my orginal training, why do you think i secured first" i put on the white shirt.
"Leon, is your core?" he staired at the ground, his voice sounded like he was on the verge of tears.
"Yes Leon, my core is fractured, and yet that wont stop me from staying in first"
"What do you mean, what are you up too?" Zayne curiosity and concern had filled his voice.
i smilled "Secrets, youll see soon enough, now please exit the room i need to finish getting ready"
they both stood up and left, then zayne said "We will join you tonight"
Leon shook his head " sorry i cant"
i closed the door and finished changing.
I opened the door and only Zayne was standing there "lets go" we walked down to the lobby, i stoped at the front desk "Ill be checking out today, im Levi Crown" the front receptionist nodded "Ok"
we walked out the auto doors "We do have to wait on another person" i said while scanning the front of the building for Sera.
"so you just make freinds anywhere you go dont you" he was looking down at his phone.
"Well i guess she goes to the academy" i flipped open the phone again.
"Ohh, who?" his curosity was peaked now.
"Her name is sera, shes helped me a lot since i woke up" i checked to see how long it would take to get to the burger place
"Oh yea, she was the first person to jump down into the pit, shes also half the reason you even survived long enough to get here" he poked me in the shoulder.
"She never told me that"
he shrugged, "she probably had her reason."
Wshhh
The sliding doors opened and out exited Sera
"Hi Levi and whos the freind?"
i Smilled "This is Zayne"
Zayne frowned at me "I can introduce myself" he extended his hand.
She shook his hand "Nice to meet you"
"Thank you for helping levi" he bowed to her
She smilled and waved him off "He already thanked me, and thast what this dinner is for"
I called us a Taxi.
