But it is his thoughts that are making me question my judgment.
However his birth itself is mind boggling, and caused quite a commotion. Although reincarnation is not uncommon, including summoning. However he is born a monster, and even weird, his skills are fragmented.
The most plausible reason is concurrent reincarnation. Although the Voice Of The World makes sure there are no problems, it is understandable that some errors might occur. It looks like although the other person was flung out to some other world, he did manage to take a fraction of the origins of different skills of the slime.
I'm sure the other would be fine since he got a portion of skills in a lower world, and it looks like the slime also got some benefits.
