Shockwaves ring through the isolated space I made to separate Milims and I from the rest of the people here as the Adamant Blade and Sword Tenma collide. While the Adamant Blade is not as strong as the Sword Tenma, thanks to its auto-healing capabilities it is able to hold on decently well. On top of that, with my [Demon Lord Haki] and [Demonic Presence] enhanced aura channeled into it, it's not exactly weak.
After a clash, we separate before I use [Universal Thread] to pull her back in, kick her away and use the added momentum to swing her around by spinning and throwing her at the ground. A puff of dust and smoke appears around her. I blast her with [Annihilation] and run in. By the time I get there she recovers and yells, "Thunder Cross!" Finally, an attack I recognize.
It hits me, blasting me back a little as she jumps and swings, slicing my body in half. I regenerate with [Infinite Regeneration] and grab her with Hermetic Reality: Space Manipulation, moving her with my mind and dragging her against the ground and throw her up.
{Notice- Subskill [Skill Manipulation] has been activated.
Notice- Unique Skill [Spatial Barrier] has been obtained.}
I use it to catch her in the air and immediately slam the barrier down with her in it, smashing her between the barrier and the ground. She recovers and finally uses a stronger attack. I just didn't think she would use it this early. "Dragonova!"
I'm not gonna use the singularity I used last time here because I can't always rely on it. It takes a decent amount of time to set up counterattacks with it outside of detonating it for a more spread out version of the original attack. Because of that I decide to use something else to block it. I preemptively activate [Dimensional Barrier] and [Stardust Shield] outside myself and place some of my newly acquired [Spatial Barriers] to help slow it down. One blast of [Annihilation] enhanced with [Magicule Amplifier] more and I'm ready. Now my defense is guaranteed to work. I hold my hands out, "Hermetic Reality: Absolute Magicular Control- Magicule Nullification!"
It works on Magicules, Spiritrons and Stardust but not Turn: Null according to my calculations. Apparently Turn: Null is too condensed for Magicule Nullification to work. I could learn a counterattack to it but I would need to analyze Turn: Null directly to do that. What Magicule Nullification does is erase any Magical Energy it comes into contact with no matter what properties it has. Something very useful for right now. It's only limits being is if the energy is too condensed like with Turn: Null and Milim's Dragonova it takes longer to work which is why I needed to set up the defenses I just made.
As the Dragonova gets closer, the Magicule Nullification eats away at it as the barriers break one by one. It gets close, contacting my [Dimensional Barrier]. The energy glows brighter than the sun right in front of me. Finally my [Dimensional Barrier] breaks allowing the energy to contact my [Stardust Shield] and strange area inside my [Dimensional Barrier]. As it penetrates further it reaches my eyelashes but then immediately disappears. My Magicule Nullification has worked. But then immediately I get punched in the stomach by Milim. "Gah!"
The Adamant Blade falls to the ground below me. "Ha, you got me. Time out for now. Let me get my sword." I fly down but notice Milim follows me. She lands in front of me with frustrated eyes. I sigh, "What do you want, Milim?"
"Use your strongest attack."
"Eh?" Is that why she used Dragonova so early? It would make sense given the context. "You mean the one I mentioned back at the Walpurgis Gathering right?"
"Yup." Knew it. It was inevitable.
"So you really want to know?"
"Yup!"
"Fine." Before I do, however, "I just need you to promise one thing."
She tilts her head, "Eh?"
I walk up to her, "Don't tell anyone I can do this, especially someone like Guy." For now, Guy is the biggest problem when it comes to people finding out. He would freak out if he found out my true capabilities, worse still, having anyone currently in the Eastern Empire or connected to the Eastern Empire find out could end in a massive tidal wave of unfortunate events that could throw a huge wrench in my plans. "Whatever you see. I want you to promise to keep to yourself for the rest of your life."
"Why?"
"Let's just say what you're about to see is something I can't let anyone else know. It'll be a secret just between the two of us okay?"
She thinks about this for a few seconds. "Sure, I can keep your secret. Promise."
"I'll just have to take your word for it then."
She sees my slightly exasperated expression, "W-what are you trying to say?"
"Hm?" I turn to her after I was walking away to use the attack, "Oh, it's just you aren't the best at keeping secrets you know."
"Wh-yes I am! I kept the secret that Rimuru went to an elf bar without telling one-horn!"
"One-horn huh? You mean Shion? Good call. But ignoring that, when did her go?"
She starts sweating and looks away, "I-I won't tell you! It's a secret."
"Well, its not a very well kept one." She looks down, embarrassed and scared of what Rimuru will take from her if he finds out.
She yells, "D-don't tell him!"
"Don't tell him you gave me your secret? Alright, not like I can use it very well. I don't know when it happened anyways." That's a lie, I know exactly when it happened. While it may have slipped over my head because I only had [Genius] back then, now that I've looked through my memories I know exactly when this happened. Thanks to [Sage's Link] at the time, Rimuru and I were able to sense where we each were assuming we didn't hide our presence from each other, seeing each other as little balls of Magicules from far distances. By doing this, I can pinpoint exactly when Rimuru left to go to Dwargon. Ha, I've got some blackmail Rimuru. Milim looks at me, a little scared of my evil smile. She probably thinks I'll tell Rimuru.
{So childish.}
Dammit [Solomon]. I burst out of my internal monologue rapidly saying, "Alright!"
"Wah!"
"Oh sorry." I startled her. "Let's ignore what just happened for now. Let's just get started." [Solomon], you're up.
{On it.}
A large amount of my aura leaks out and immediately gets suppressed by [Solomon] right after as I begin to use my strongest technique.
{Notice- Portal to the Magicule Dimension has been fully opened. Beginning to release 60% of the total Magicules. To prevent immediate Magicule Poisoning, Hermetic Reality: Absolute Magicular Control- Magicule Channeling has been activated. Transfering all Magicules to the [Stomach].
Notice- Ultimate Skill [Judas] subskill [Apex Predator]'s [Stomach] has reached 90% capacity.}
As this process happens, the Magicules given off drastically surpass Milim's own levels for a split second. "Alright, now I should be able to use it." Milim looks in awe for a split second, then I activate it.
{Notice- Access to Ultimate Skill [Barachiel] subskill [Hermetic Reality] has been granted to Ultimate Skill [Solomon]. Now activating Hermetic Reality: Absolute Existential Control- Subjective Reality.}
A massive burst of energy is shot outwards.
{Notice- Replication Skill [Magicule Fusion Reactor] Overdrive Mode has been activated. Magicule losses have been balanced.}
It worked, Subjective Reality has now been activated to its fullest potential. Now, for the explanation. Subjective Reality is the strongest possible technique achievable via [Hermetic Reality] in existence. I would know, I analyzed it with [Greater Sage]'s [Infinite Thought Acceleration] analysis.
The actual ability is actually pretty simple to explain. I give control of [Hermetic Reality] to [Solomon]. However, its effects are much harder to explain. The baseline effect it has is now all techniques I can do with [Hermetic Reality] immediately become second nature. With no actual thought needed to activate them they become subconscious things I can do while focusing on other things. The reason for this is I am no longer the one doing the calculations to do this, [Solomon] is.
Basically, in order to actually use a [Hermetic Reality] ability under normal circumstances, I have to imagine it. Simple, really, but the two main drawbacks are that I am limited by my imagination and Magicule count. Two major problems holding me back from basically becoming an unstoppable god. Subjective Reality however, mitigates it a little.
First, with my limited imagination. [Genius] the ability that has fused into [Solomon]'s core, [Greater Sage] only enhances my intelligence. It's in the very fineprint of the skill, meaning outside of understanding things better, my actual imagination stays only above average. This sets a limit to what I can imagine and what I can make happen with [Hermetic Reality]. However, that limit goes out the window when we're dealing with [Solomon]. Through [Solomon] not only do I now not need to imagine it, I don't need to think at all, and because of [Solomon]'s connection to The Voice of the World it's imagination is virtually unlimited. This makes it so I can do things I am unable to imagine as well through it, essentially erasing one of the drawbacks. However, the Magicule limit still exists, but that's where Subjective Reality helps again.
I can't directly interact with the Magicules in the Magicule Dimension. That's a given, but I can influence them by moving them around with my own Magicules, a premise I've been playing around with ever since the invention of the Magicule Bomb. A weapon that uses Magicules influencing each other to make a Magicule explosion. By testing [Detonation] I learned more, pushing me forward on this journey as I learned more and now finally through Subjective Reality I can influence them precisely enough to where it's indistinguishable from me using them myself. This is the ultimate application of this concept. This has lots of implications like how I am able to create indirect attacks from it like for example, a much faster charging Black Bomb, however, ignoring that and focusing on the more baseline applications, through it I can burn away Magicules faster than I should and get away with it allowing me to effectively use much more Magicules than I should, granting me the ability to partially bypass the Magicule limit in [Hermetic Reality]. It is through this principle that I can use my strongest attack. Of course, this doesn't eliminate the problems with using it because I can still possibly give myself Magicule Poisoning if I mess up and it still doesn't allow me to use unlimited Magicules meaning I still do have limits, but it does get rid of it a little. And hey, what are the chances of me messing up right?
Now, back to my strongest attack. The direct effects of Subjective Reality is I become a passive, really powerful reality warper while it's active. What I mean by this is anything I want to exist or happen, assuming it is feasible with the 420,000,000 EP at my disposal currently when putting the Magicule Dimension into consideration, becomes real. Depending on how massive my request is, this could take anywhere from 1 to 7 seconds because I need to process the Magicules I'm using first. It's essentially an automatic wish granting ability. It is through this that I can create anything, change anything, and finally, my strongest attack. I look up and point upwards and manipulate the surrounding area to shape a replica skyscraper.
I mutter, "Erase." Suddenly the massive skyscraper vanishes, leaving nothing in its wake. Not even the quarks in the atoms of the skyscraper are left. It's just an empty void. I grab Milim and place a barrier around us to avoid the resulting vacuum that is created as matter fills in the now truly empty area. As soon as the void is filled I tell [Solomon] that's enough.
{Notice- Ultimate Skill [Barachiel] subskill [Hermetic Reality] has been deactivated.
Notice- All Magicules taken from the Magicule Dimension being returned.
Error- Due to the [Magicule Fusion Reactor], the Magicule Dimension has reached capacity.
Notice- Hermetic Reality: Absolute Gravitational Control- Singularity has been activated. All extra Magicules being absorbed.
Notice- Hermetic Reality: Dimension Transferal has been used to get rid of the Magical Singularity. The Magical Singularity has been transferred to an alternate dimension. Alternate dimension has been closed.}
I drop the barrier and look at Milim. I sigh, "There…there you go. My strongest attack."
Milims mouth is open, shocked, "W-what happened?"
I look at where the skyscrape used to float, "I decided that it shouldn't exist anymore. So it doesn't. It's gone, and not even I can bring it back." And with that I used it, a form of erasure of an object. The skyscraper only took a split second to erase but it does in fact take longer to erase someone as strong as Guy and by doing that I am also left vulnerable for about 2 minutes because I need to replenish my Magicule Dimension and my base EP is only about 6,000,000 right now but it is very useful as a last resort.. My strongest attack, Hermetic Reality: Absolute Existential Control- Existence Erasure.
