While Drey and Shawn were looking for the materials needed for the elixir, I prepared the equipment I needed, both for making the antidote and keeping her stable during the meantime.
While some materials need solar energy to function or to have more power,the diamond pendant needs to be recharged by moonlight instead,it improves it's luster and makes it more efficient.
So,a day before the treatment commenced, I put it under the moonlight and luck was on our side,it was full moon. On full moon, the moon is brighter and as such, the energy absorbed by the pendent will be doubled or even tripled.
I already prepared a special room where we can work freely. I moved Xandra to the room and put her under the device,the s-dome it keeps her in a semi conscious state,we can also monitor her consciousness and progress.
If she were to be unconscious completely,we wouldn't be able to tell when she starts degrading faster. We also have to monitor the foetus and keep it safe, it could be in danger if the mother stays unconscious for too long.
I already prepared everything and labeled the ingredients as I would need one the the other guys' help and I wouldn't want them giving me the wrong thing.

" Ok, let's check out Xandra". I said and turned on the monitor, everything could be seen in 3d around us,it was as if we were really in her mind.
" Wow, this is amazing". Shawn said almost drooping.
" So much information, you could go crazy from reading them all". Drey commented.
" Yeah, that's why we have to select out the information we need. Take this for example", I pointed at a interface," we don't have anything to do with her memories so we'll just close the interface,same with the other ones irrelevant to what we are doing".
"See this", I pointed at another one," it contains information of her ailment, we can monitor the progress here,we can even monitor the process by which she degrades,if we want".
I selected out the ones I need and closed down irrelevant interfaces. The entire interface was lighter than before but still considerably packed.
I scrolled through and I was satisfied by my work.
" So,what next?". Drey asked.
" Well, we'll start brewing. But, I only need one of you to stay".
" That's good, Shawn will stay, I still have some business to finish".
" You really know how to pass the buck". He scoffed.
Drey smirked. " You don't want to? I wonder how you would face my sister after I tell her".
" You even resort to blackmail, shameless". He snorted.

We've been on it for 10 hours now and just managed to make one so I tested it on a lab rabbit,it died immediately, I wasn't surprised.
The elixir was supposed to be a clear red liquid with an intoxicating smell and taste, just like liquor. But what we made was murky and it smells fishy. Like a rotting fish.
" Why don't we get some rest before we go at it again".
" Bring me two petals of red carnations".
" I swear you are a robot. Can't you spare some minutes?".
" You can spare hours but a few minutes might be a life changing factor for Xandra. We can't afford to waste any time for her sake".
" I get it,two petals of carnations, right?".
" The red one,a bunch of daffodils. We'll burn those first".
So we resumed brewing without so much as a snack.
" Check the degree of the fire". I instructed as I stir the mixture in the pot.
" 310°C ".
" Increase it to 480°C, not a degree less or more".
" Yes".
" Juice out a stem of daisy".
" Yes".
" Bring me a new spoon, wooden one".
" Yes".
" This fits the description of the elixir let's test it, bring a lab rabbit,the isolated one, it's more healthy".
" Yes".
" I thought it be okay if it resembled the description but the rabbit died even faster".
" Un, I guess not".
We continued like this without having any break. I already prepared some nutri-drink beforehand. It contains all the nutrients we need. That's what we take instead of food.
It saves us time. We continued like with little improvement.
