The loud seagulls squealed as countless newspapers fell right from the skies, landing right in the hands of the local citizens. "Why the hell is the newspaper coming out for the second time in a singular day!?" one of the angry townspeople shouted, his jaw dropping upon reading the headline. His reaction had not been seen as unique, due to it being shared among nearly every single person that stood in the crowd. "The top 3 entity hunters in the Land of Stone have been injured!? At this rate, nobody's going to take down Pyron!"
This is the Nahatan coastline town of Rufala. For years, this city had been known for countless attacks from fire-type entities that scaled off the charts every single decade they had been counted - and since the reappearance of Pyron, The Fire Sovereign, it was just to climb even higher and higher.
About half of the residents within this town had been called entity hunters once in their life - the most famous one being Noah of Team Cytron. He was very much different from the Man of Stone, teaching the youth on how he helped save the country of Anata from total destruction. The thing was, however, if Rufala were to face a pristine entity attack, would a man who had used his power so effectively then be able to maintain the same strength now?
Little did any of these residents know, however, Team Pyron was going straight in for their target - and this time, there was little to no chance that they would be killed in the line of duty like the others.

Within the world of entities, there are four that stand out from any others - these species are called pristine entities, known as the parents of every entity across the globe depending on their fighting style. First is Aqualia, The Water Princess, currently in custody of a woman named Hazel WIlliams and has been away from the world for almost half a century. Second is Saharos, the Phantom of Sand, who had been recently taken down and sealed by Itama Kawasaki and Arthur "Champion" Suru, a member of Team Pyron. Their job is to hunt Pyron, a pristine entity who was known to be currently roaming across their country of Nahata without any restrictions due to the actions of LUO, a so-called terrorist organization who has raised multiple eyes within the governments of the world. In chapter 344 near the end of act 1, Team Pyron prepares for their first encounter with Pyron, which could either end in two ways - absolute carnage or victory. What would fate have in store for each member of Team Pyron, and what would follow in the moments to come? This is ENTITY VOLUME 13 ACT 2: DAMAGE CONTROL!
Volume 13, Chapter 24 - Standoff
A loud roar echoed through the skies of the Winding Forest, following a severe gust of wind that would be able to rip the skin off of any average human. A giant orb of fire had raced through the same path, exploding in the sky and scattering flames within a 2 mile radius. The impact had blown the clouds back, creating a giant dome-like structure in the sky that revolved around its creator. Seconds before it could create another orb, the Great Armor soared past the large dome of clouds, rapidly descending from the sky. Kevin and Gerald, glancing straight at Pyron, stood on the hood of the Great Armor. "So, that's our target!?" Gerald asked Forrest, who had been driving straight towards him. "It's an unusually giant entity with excessive firepower, of course it's Pyron!" Kevin intercepted the question, mashing both of his fists together.
"Don't hold an ego too large, Kevin!" Kaelan advised him, hanging straight out the right door of the Great Armor. "The version of Pyron you fought back there held just a fraction of the original's strength, so don't get too cocky with your decisions!"
Pyron roared right in the direction of Team Pyron, igniting its hand with fire and swatting straight at them. Just in time, Itama had blocked the blow with both of his swords, knocking them back right to its waist. "The entirety of Nahata is counting on us!" He reminded Kevin and Gerald. "This isn't a normal entity we're up against!" From his seat, Xavier watched quietly with both his phantoms on standby. "I won't have to use Phantom Reaction on Gerald due to his already existing fire resistance, but Kevin is a different story…"
Kevin and Gerald accelerated straight off the Great Armor, racing across the sky in the direction of Pyron. As expected from Xavier, a giant ball of fire came racing straight in the direction of the Great Armor, causing him to follow after Kevin and give him a light touch. "This'll help you get through the fire!" he advised, teleporting straight back to the Great Armor before a "thank you" could possibly be said.
"I'll leave the fireball to you, Kevin!" Gerald exclaimed, doubling his strength and soaring straight through it. "Gravitational PUNCH!" Kevin screamed, his fist colliding right with the fireball that divided him and Pyron. After about five seconds of struggles, the fireball created another giant explosion that doubled the fire that had already been scattered across the forest. "For the past year, I've been working towards my dream of becoming the GREATEST ENTITY HUNTER IN THE WORLD!" he exclaimed. "Even if I have competition, I'LL ROCKET STRAIGHT PAST THEM AND UP TO THE TOP!"
Without hesitation, Kevin's hand instantly united with Gerald's, and they had begun rapidly spinning down from the sky right towards Pyron. "With the power of gravity and fire… WE WORKED TOGETHER TO CREATE GRAVITATIONAL INFERNO!" Kevin threw Gerald straight towards the infernalized entity, creating a massive explosion that knocked Pyron back across the flaming forest. "They both created that attack BY THEIRSELVES!?" Stephanie screamed in shock, shaking Itama left and right. "That may have been a good attack, but I'm sure they're going to need assistance!" he declared, opening the door to the Great Armor and jumping out with his swords. "And that is why I'll be the one to step in!"
On the ground, both Kevin and Gerald had caught sight of a red orb plummeting down from the sky right in their direction away from the Great Armor. "Is that a shooting star!?" Gerald asked Kevin, running across the trees with him but being blown away by another loud roar. "WATCH OUT, GERALD!" Kevin screamed, noticing that the blow had led him straight into his line of fire. Pyron's fire raced across the forest, but had been intercepted by Itama just in time. "Itama Style - Shooting Star!" he screamed, grabbing Gerald and carrying him to safety.
The smoke on the battlefield slowly cleared, revealing the damage of just a singular attack from Pyron. A part of the forest had now been entirely eradicated, and all that had been left was the extremely dry dirt that withered into the air. "So that's the power of Pyron…" Itama thought to himself, gently dropping Gerald onto the ground as he noticed Kevin charging right towards him. "Everyone else is on their way, so we'll be sure to make do until then," he told them.
