Synopsis: Lost Ren faces Devil Destroy Bigmachine. Only one will remain standing. Will it be the muscle-bound man who dominates his strength, or will it be the dark knight who brings endless destruction?

Garcat: It's Shiloh facing up against Sophia Sakhrov, and Sophia literally gave her a tight squeeze.
Gardog: I think you mean tight freeze because she literally prevented her from using any abilities at all.
Garbird: But Shiloh outsmarts her strategy by stopping all of her abilities and returning everything from her field to her hand.
Gardog: Thus, launching attacks again and again, successfully defeated her.
Garcat: Hou has taught her well. Because she really has grown so much. But regardless, it's time for Lost Ren vs Devil Destroy Bigmachine. Say it with me. Buddy...
Gar Trio: FIGHT!!!

In Kyoya's office in the World Buddy Stadium, Devil Destroy Bigmachine is having a word with Kyoya, as the head stands with his arms behind him. Azi Dahaka is growing in front of the two, despite being only its 3 heads.
Devil: Truly Amazing, Master Kyoya. Your plan is really coming along well. Those fools are not seeing it coming.
Kyoya: You think so?
Devil: Pardon?
Kyoya: The Buddy Police, remember? Including the boy himself. They're already onto us.
Devil: Ah?
Kyoya: (smiles) But even still, they won't stop me. And right now, I want the fights to be interesting. Otherwise, it would be boring. Consider this "adding icing onto the cake".
Devil: Like letting them have their last few moments before crushing them. I like it.
Kyoya smirks in agreement.
Kyoya: By the way, shouldn't you be off preparing for your match?
Devil: I've already done that. Lost Ren is very strong, but I will crush him before he uses his God Form.
Kyoya: Is that so? Then hand me your buddy card.
Devil: What? Uh...okay. (Hands him his buddy card)
Kyoya: (Takes it) Azi Dahaka, do it.
Azi Dahaka glows his eyes, dark aura farms, and powers up Gigadroid Biggest??? Biggest roars loud as he receives the boost. Devil is shocked.
Devil: What are you doing to him?
The power up stops.
Kyoya: Powered him up. That's what. (Gives him back his buddy)
Devil takes the card and is in shock to see what his buddy becomes before letting out a smirk.
Devil: I won't let you down, Master.
Outside his office, however, Sensei & Trickstar heard the whole thing while staying hidden. 5 minutes later, they report back to someone in a waiting room.
Sensei: You're not kidding. He really is plotting something big.
Lost Ren: What did you both find?
Trickstar: The only thing he says he wants is for the fights to be interesting. And he knows that we won't stop him.
Lost Ren: Ha. That's what he says. He has no idea what we're doing behind the scenes. Though you gotta thank Commissioner and Agent Ren for this. Because without them, we wouldn't be able to do what's what.
Sensei: Since when you give people credit?
Lost Ren: Don't get used to it. Anyways, there's no denying that Kyoya is planning more than just making Azi Dahaka evolve. We need to find out more.
Trickstar: Surveillance again? Bro, I'm tired man. I need a break.

Trickstar and Sensei leave the room. Lost Ren then looks at his deck as he takes it out from his pocket. He becomes stern.
Lost Ren: (Thought) If the world falls on its knees or even if someone attempts to dictate me, I will fight like I always have. I slaughter them, no matter who they may be. Even you, Hou. If I have to.
Later, Lost Ren walks in a hallway. He detects a presence as he becomes deadly.
Lost Ren: Show yourself.
Rouga appears from behind. Smirking with Cerberus.
Rouga: Aren't you the detective?
Lost Ren: What do you want?
Rouga: Is it me? Or are you secretly protective of Hou himself?
Lost Ren: Why do you care?
Rouga: Nothing personal. I just think your relationship with your brothers is adorable.
Lost Ren: Just get to the point.
Rouga: Aren't you impatient? I found some more info on Kyoya's motives. You're not gonna like this.
Lost Ren stares at Rouga sternly. Suddenly, at the stadium, the stage activates. The Crowd begins to cheer. Ion & Takokichi appear.
Ion: Now, Everyone. It's time to commence the last match before the SEMIs. Is everyone ready to have their eyes focused on this match?
The crowd cheers.
Ion: Let's Bring Out Today's Competitors.
Devil Destroy Bigmachine comes in.
Ion: He fights like a brute while flexing his muscles. Devil Destroy Bigmachine.
Lost Ren comes in.
Ion: Destruction. Oblivion. Are the only words to describe him. Lost Ren.
They both reach the stage.
Devil: You and I may not have fought. But I always wanted to crush you in front of an audience.
Lost Ren: Flex all you want, you gorilla. I don't intend to lose. Actions speak louder than words.
Devil: You want to test that theory?
Lost Ren: Try Me, Grass Boy.
Ion: Whoa...save the words for later, guys. Anyways, please luminize.

Lost Ren: Slaughter and spread the darkness towards heaven and earth. Dark Luminize. Void Knights...ARISE!!!
Ion & Takokichi: Buddy....fight.
Both: Raise the Flag.
Devil: Hero World.
Lost Ren: Darkness Dragon World.
Ion: The first move goes to Devil Destroy Bigmachine.
Devil: Draw. Charge & Draw. (Picks up a card) Heh. I'll make this quick. I pay 2 gauge and...Buddy Ride!!!
Suddenly, a massive burst of dark wind comes off towards a defensive Lost Ren. While the Lostknight remains hands down as well, Devil lets out a big laugh as he summons his monster.
Devil: Hahaha. Say hello to my new buddy. Terror Droid...Biggest "Destroy"!!!
Out of the wind, Biggest's new form is revealed. While his shape remains the same, he has become darker, spikier, as if he's gone fully dark metal. It lets out a giant roar.
Ion: Wait, wait, wait, what??? I don't remember Biggest being like that!!!
Tako: What's going on, chu?
Devil: Size 3. 15000 power. 10000 defense. A critical of 2. I'll make you regret calling me Grass Boy. Destroy his gauge now.
Biggest: (Charges up) Gauge... (Heat Vision) Destroy!!!
Lost Ren has 0 gauge.
Lost Ren: That's it?
Devil: During each player's main phase, I get to destroy 2 of your gauge. Now, Biggest, Destroy.
Biggest: (Attacks) Dark...Biggest...Punch!!!
Lost Ren's Life: 10 -> 8
Ion: Ouch!!! Talk about heavy. Lost Ren just got sucker-punched big time.
Lost Ren: (Gets up, rubs his face) I've suffered worse. My turn. Draw. Charge & Draw. I'll start by paying 1 gauge and 1 life to equip...(Equips a pair of dark chain sickles) Voider's Chain, Gar-Lost Sickle.
Ion: Oh my. Lost Ren's got a new item.
Lost Ren: And I call to the left. VoidDog
VoidDog: (Appears) You howl, I destroy, Dog.
Meanwhile, Hou & his friends are sitting together in the stands.
Daryl: It's just like Garcat Zenith.
Masato: Does this imply...
Hou: Yep.
Daryl & Masato: Huh?
Hou: It's not just the fighter and Garga evolved. The Gar Trio evolved, too, after Garga shared his powers with them.
Daryl: I see.
Lost Ren: When VoidDog enters play, I gain 2 gauge, and I get to add Crystal King (reveals Crystal King) to my hand. Naturally, I buddycall to the right.
Gargantua Crystal King appears.
Ion: There it is. He who stops everything in its path. Gargantua Crystal King.
Lost Ren: And now, I set spell: Shrine of the Endless Void. With this, my cards cannot be forced to rest, and my size limit increases to 4.
Shiloh: Did he say 4???
Masato: Then that means...
Lost Ren: I get to call another monster. And I choose Death Napalm.
Death Napalm: (appears) I will not let you down, Master.
Devil: Heh. Is that supposed to scare me? Biggest's ability to activate. Destroy his gauge now.
Lost Ren: (emotionless) Really? Need I say that I only have 0 gauge, idiot?
Devil: Which is why I'm activating his other skill. Since I can't destroy your gauge, I'll just deal 2 damage to you instead.
Biggest fires another laser beam towards Lost Ren, which hits and destroys his last gauge.
Lost Ren's Life: 8 -> 6
Lost Ren: Ergh!!!
Devil: Just Because You have new cards doesn't mean you can defeat me. I will show you that I'm the strongest here. Not you.
Lost Ren: You're all talk, no brawl. And may I remind you that it's still my turn. Grass Ape.
Devil: Who are you calling a Grass Ape!? Get over here right now so that I can block your attacks and punch your face.
Lost Ren: In your dreams. My turn is now over.
Devil: What?
All (Minus Hou & Garga): (Shocked) WHAT?
Ion: Wait, wait, what? That's it? No attacks at all???
Daryl: What is he doing? Is he crazy?
Masato: I don't know...
Devil: What's this about? You're trying to make fun of me?
Lost Ren: Do you want to defeat me or not? Hurry up and start your turn.

Daryl: He's manipulating the deck.
Masato: Yikes...
Devil: Gigadroid Gigantes to the right. (Gigantes enters) Gigantes's Ability. Looking at the top 5 cards of my deck. (Does So) Brave Machine. Brave Machine. Brave Machine. Brave Machine. Brave Machine. 5 Damage to you.
Lost Ren's Life: 6 -> 1
Ion: Oh My Gosh!!! Lost Ren has 1 life left!!! Ai karamba. Is he about to meet his maker!!!
Devil: Cast. Hyper Energy!!! (Ability) I gain 4 gauge. And then!!! Biggest's ability activates. (Flex) Sayonara, Malaysian Boy!!!
Biggest fires again...
Ion: Uh Oh!!! That Last Blow Will !!!
Lost Ren: (Brushes her off) Ion, you talked too much. Black Dragon Shield. (Reduces Damage)
Biggest & Devil: WHAT???
Everyone but Hou & Garga is shocked.
Ion: SAY WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT. Lost Ren just survived by using Black Dragon Shield???
Tako: Not During An Attack!!!!
Lost Ren: (chuckles) What you cannot absorb...you make it none.
Devil: Grrr. You mock me!!! Well, it doesn't matter. My Buddy has double attack. And you have only 2 cards left. What can you defend with huh?
Lost Ren: Easy. I activate Gar-Sickle's effect. (Swings and destroys VoidDog)
VoidDog: This never gets old. (Destroyed)
Masato: Why would he destroy VoidDog???
Lost Ren: During each player's attack phase, I sacrifice one monster on my field to destroy a card on the opponent's board. But since I can't, (ability) I get to draw a card.
Devil: It doesn't stop me, you know?
Lost Ren: Let me finish. I also destroy two of your gauge when VoidDog is destroyed. And Shrine of the Endless Void lets me draw another card. Now I cast, Devil Stigma.
Death Napalm is destroyed & Lost Ren gains resources.
Daryl: He destroyed another monster?
Lost Ren: When Death Napalm is destroyed, I send 5 cards to your dropzone. And now, I cast!!! Corrupted Snare.
Lost Ren glows his eyes, and all of a sudden, Devil and his cards are under a dark curse surrounding them, rendering them unmovable.
Biggest: (struck) Argh!!! Why You...
Lost Ren: Oh, Boo Hoo. So much strength, yet so few brains. You have over 10 cards in your drop zone. Meaning your cards cannot attack.
Devil: (Afraid) You...
Lost Ren: And further, I know you have Bigmachine Sledgehammer in your hand. Guess what, with VoidDog's other skill, since I have a Dragod on board, you can't cast your Impact until next turn!!!
Devil: WHAT?
Ion: Say What??? Not only did Lost Ren increase his resources, but he also disabled his opponent from doing anything!!!
Masato: So that's why he sacrificed his monsters earlier.
Daryl: He stopped his opponent without even trying.
Lost Ren: I told you, you're all talk, no brawl. My turn. Draw. Charge & Draw.
Devil: Hold it. Before you do anything. I activate Biggest's effect. I destroy your 2 gauge.
Lost Ren's gauge is out once again. But the knight is unfazed.
Lost Ren: So?
Devil: (Taken Aback) Wh...what do you mean so? Don't you need gauge or something?
Lost Ren: (Sigh) You really are stupid. I send Gar-Lost Sickle to the dropzone. (Destroys & Transforms) I. AM. SHROUDED IN DIVINE NOTHINGNESS...LOST REN... OVERLORD!!!!!!!! (Yells Loud)
Ion: THERE IT IS. SHROUDED IN DIVINE NOTHINGNESS, LOST REN OVERLORD. OUR GOD OF DESTRUCTION HAS DESCENDED, FOLKS. BUT HOW??? HOW DID HE TRANSFORM WITHOUT ANY GAUGE???
Lost Ren: A God has no limits when certain conditions are met. Now that my life dropped below 6, I don't have to pay gauge to transform. Bonus: this also applies to Hou's "Genesis" form.
Hou's friends pay attention to him.
Masato: (To Hou) Is that true?
Hou: Guilty as charged. Now Watch.
Lost Ren: Return to Nothingness. (Charges Energy) ERASURE OF CREATION. (FIRES)
All of Devil's Cards are wiped.
Devil: BIGGEST!!! GIGANTES!!! HUGE!!!
Lost Ren: Thou have experienced nothingness. Discard three cards from your hand.
Devil is forced to discard...
Devil: Not good...is what I would say if I didn't see that coming. I cast. Justice Return!!! (Pays 2 gauge & 1 life) I summon back Huge. And Gigantes!!!
Gigantes and Huge revives!!!
Ion: Whoa!!! Huge and Gigantes are revived!!!
Devil: You can't use Overlord's auto-win skill now that I have monsters on board. Meaning I still have a chance!!!
Lost Ren: That so? Successive Cast. Soul Steal. Gar-Lost Oracle. (Ability)
Lost Ren: I cast. Abyss Symphony. (Draws) And I call VoidCat to the left.
VoidCat: (Appears) Dummy Cat Rules.
Lost Ren: When placed, looking at the top 2 cards of my deck. One to my hand and one to my gauge. Now, Garga. Activate G Crystal. Now.
Crystal King uses its staff and hits the floor with its bottom. It creates a Dark Curse around all of Bigmachine's cards. Everyone is affected as they grunt.
Lost Ren: I'm not done. I cast. Wrath of the Crystal King. (Pays 2 gauge & 1 life)
Crystal King stabs with his staff, and Gigantes and Huge are Crystallized, much to Devil's shock. The staff turns into a scythe, and the latter stabs the ground with its edge. The crystallized monsters are shattered instantly, much to everyone's shock.
Ion: Say What??? Gigantes and Huge are destroyed once again!!!
Devil: No!!! This Can't Be!!!
Lost Ren: Oh, but it is. Voidcat, become Garga's Fodder.
VoidCat nods and is destroyed. Lost Ren then discards two cards from his hand.
Lost Ren: And with that, my turn...is now over.
Devil: Ergh...
Ion: WHAT? AGAIN? (realized) Wait....THAT MEANS....
Lost Ren: It's my turn again. (Glows Eyes)
The Stage's environment fades away, and everything turns dark purple. Dark Chains Out Of Nowhere appears and Ties Devil Destroy Bigmachine Up. He's Shocked.
Lost Ren: (Charges Last Energy through his palm) FALL FROM GRACE, WILL YOU. DEVIL DESTROY BIGMACHINE. (Fires)
Devil: (Suffers) NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Devil's Flag is destroyed.
Ion: Game End. Winner. Lost Ren.
The Crowd cheers.
Ion: Unbelievable. Lost Ren marvelled all of us with his new powers and so on. He was able to defeat Devil Destroy Bigmachine without launching any attacks at all!!!
Hou Ren: In Buddyfight, you don't necessarily have to deal damage to win. Sometimes, you gotta improvise and use another tactic.
Shiloh: So that's why Lost Ren chose not to attack.
Garga: Very Unusual.
Bigmachine falls onto his knees while feeling despair. Lost Ren teleports to his side using his powers.
Lost Ren: You really thought you had a chance against me? You're not even close to my level. Now then...(ruthlessly grabs Devil's head) Tell me something I don't know. What is Kyoya's Master Plan? Hmm?
Lost Ren's eyes are really menacing as he looks at his opponent eye to eye. Devil is frightened, but he carries a grenade and pulls the pin off and drops it on the ground. Lost Ren notices this in shock and immediately moves out of the way before the Grenade instantly explodes.
Ion, Shiloh, Hou, Garga: WHAT????
Lost Ren: (Blocks himself) You Scumbag.
When the smoke clears, Bigmachine vanishes.
Lost Ren: (Thought) No. He's not gone. (Thought)
In a flashback, right after the grenade explodes, Lost Ren throws a small tracking device onto Devil before he vanishes. Now, Sensei & Trickstar are tracking on Sensei's phone.
Sensei: Typical Lost Ren. Three steps ahead as usual.
Trickstar: Sheesh. Talk about 200 IQ.
Kyoya notices this and decides to smirk.
Kyoya: (Thought) Even if you do manage to find something, you and your friends won't stop me. I will lead this world to a prosperous future before you know it. (Laughs menacingly)
The moment turns black. Soon, Ion appears with an announcement.
Ion: Alright, folks, the ones who are moving on to the SEMIs are them.
The Screen reveals the remaining 4 and the bracket itself.
Tako: And the matches are Hou Ren vs J Genesis. And Shiloh Vs Lost Ren.
Shiloh: I'm up against what?
Daryl: You mean you don't know? Your match was in third, and Lost Ren's match is after you. Obviously, you're facing him.
Shiloh: Oh boy...(awkward smile) I'm gonna have a hard time, huh?
Hou Ren: So Be It...
Hou remembers Ranma's Defeat Against J Genesis, as well as how he humiliated him. He gripped his right fist tight.
Hou Ren: He's gonna pay.
