Synopsis: Shiloh faces Sophia Sakhrov, proudly known as the Ice Queen. The only female fighters so far. How will this be played?

Garcat: It's Ranma's turn to fight, but J Genesis was a step ahead.
Gardog: Ranma studied what he could on J Genesis, but that effort backfired when J Genesis unleashed new cards.
Garbird: Poor Ranma can barely do a thing, even after unleashing the power of Lost World. And J Genesis even insulted him.
Gardog: J Genesis unleashed the power of Origin Cloak to transform twice and launch attacks head-on. Too much, I say.
Garcat: And as much as I agree with you all, we mustn't forget about today's match. It's Our Very Own Shiloh vs Sophia Sakhrov. Say it with me. Buddy...
Gar Trio: FIGHT.

Right at the Stadium, the stage is activated. The crowd cheers. Thus, the third match is about to begin.
Ion: Now, Everyone. It's time for the Third Match to begin. Is everyone ready to cheer?
The Crowd cheers, of course.
Ion: Splendid. Now it's time to introduce today's competitors. And spoiler alert, they are the only two female fighters to make it this far.
Takokichi: Here they come, chu.
Sophia and Astraeus enter the stage first as they walk ahead. The Spotlights shine on them.
Ion: Emotionless. Cold. Are the only words to describe her. Proudly known as the Ice Queen. Sophia Sakhrov.
Shiloh and Emma then do the same next.
Ion: A very famous actor, and she's not to be trifled with. This Mademoiselle is as pretty as ever. Shiloh Nelson.
As Both Players made it to the stage itself...
Sophia: Even though you're a famous actor, I won't go easy on you.
Shiloh: Likewise. I might as well not hold back.

Sophia: Midnight skies, stop the Earth where it spins and freeze history solid once again! Dark Luminize! Winter Diamond Infinity!
Ion & Tako: Buddy... Fight.
Crowd Cheers.
Both: Raise the flag.
Sophia: Legend World.
Shiloh: Dungeon World.
Ion: Sophia will go first. She starts by calling Sirius Lailaps to the center. Causing two damage to the fighter. Then. Shiloh buddycalls Emma REB to the right and equipped Slayer Biblio.
Tako: She then calls Henry and adds Happiness Wonderland to her hand and sets it. And cast Red Riding Blessing to further resources.
As the match goes on, Shiloh's siblings are cheering from the stands.
Josiah: Come On, Shiloh.
Micah: You got this.
Elijah watches sternly.
Sophia: Before you do anything, I cast Immortal Charisma. (Pays 1 gauge) Emma is forced to rest.
Shiloh: What?
Sophia: I can't have you increasing your resources further.
Daniel: (Freaks Out) No...Emma was the cornerstone of her attacks.
Judah: How is this even possible?
Shiloh: Doesn't matter. Henry. Attack Lailaps.
Henry: Got it. (Attacks)
Lailaps is defeated.
Shiloh: My turn. (Attacks)
Sophia's Life: 10 -> 8
Shiloh: I can't use Emma's ability. But I can use Slayer Biblio and move Henry to Wonderland's soul. (Ability)
Masato: Smart thinking. And with Wonderland, she gets to draw 2 cards too.
Sophia: Is that all?
Shiloh: Not quite. I activate Slayer Biblio's other skill. I pay 1 gauge and call Henry himself back in from it's soul.
Henry: (Appears) I appear once more.
Shiloh: One more time, Henry.
Henry: With pleasure. (Attacks)
Sophia's Life: 8 -> 6
Ion: Sophia just took another 2 damage.
Shiloh: And now I cast, Red Cape Brulee. Emma stands back up. (Pays 1 gauge)
Emma stands back up by herself. Everyone's quite surprised.
Josiah: Is it me? Or is Shiloh tryna rush this game?
Micah: Yeah. I thought she usually prefers the best for last.
Shiloh: Emma. Redeem yourself. Attack Sophia.
Emma: Right. (Attacks) One to Slayer Biblio and another to Wonderland. (Ability)
Emma slams her picnic basket and hits.
Sophia's Life: 6 -> 4
Emma: Double attack. Another one to Wonderland's soul. Bumping my critical to 4!!!
Ion: Say what??? If that attack lands, Sophia's a goner!!!
Sophia: I've seen enough. I cast. Shield of Achilles. (Reduce Damage)
Shiloh & Emma: No!!!
Judah: (Freaks out) No, That Was So Close!!!
Elijah: Gosh Dang It!!!
Ion: Oooh...was a powerful attack, but it's a dud towards the powerful shield of Achilles. And with that, Shiloh's turn comes to an end.
Meanwhile, Rouga and Cerberus are together in a part of the stands. Rouga's watching with his arms crossed.
Rouga: I gotta give credit to young Nelson over there. I've seen how Sophia fights, and rushing her before the big moment was the right choice.
Cerberus: She even stacked herself with 7 hand cards and cornered her life points to 2. Impressive.
At the same time, while reaching out to his friends, Hou and Garga arrive.
Masato: Hou. Took you long enough.
Hou Ren: Sorry that I'm late.
Daryl: Did the Commissioner call you up or something?
Gwen: And how's Ranma doing?
Hou Ren: He's resting up, don't worry. And yes, the Commissioner did call me, and I had to perform an extra side hustle of mine.
Masato: Well, you're here now. We saved you both a seat.
Hou Ren: Thanks. (sits down) How's Shiloh doing?
Daryl: See for yourself.
Both buddies pay attention to the fight. Daryl filled them in on what happened earlier.
Daryl: Shiloh performed a rush tactic. She was able to increase her resources while also cornering her opponent.
Garga: I see.
Masato: But for some reason, Sophia was really unfazed and emotionless throughout the game. Like she knows Shiloh inside out.
Daryl: Mhmm.
Agito: She's just standing there, you know? Completely like a Statue.
Cross: It does make people slightly afraid, wouldn't you say?
Hou: She'll be fine.
Agito & Cross: Hmmm?
Hou says something while everyone else looks at him.
Hou: (crossed arms) She's not my apprentice for nothing. If anything, she's not the type to succumb to fear, wouldn't you say?
Daryl & Masato: Uh...
Gwen: That's a yes.
Hou then thinks to himself, "Stay true to yourself, and victory will find you," while smiling warmly. Now, back to the fight.
Sophia: Why am I finding your strategy predictable?
Shiloh: What?
Sophia: All those who tried to defeat me have failed. And I see you no different, even when you apply a rush tactic.
Shiloh: That so?
Shiloh: Bonus, remember what I said to you when we first met in person? That very same day, after the first round ended?
In a flashback, when Shiloh, Lost, Hou, Garga, and Emma first met her, Sophia said a few words..."He is also interested in your progress too. I suggest you don't disappoint him.". Back to the present, Sophia closed her eyes in disappointment.
Sophia: I've been watching you as well. But sadly, I see no progress from you. If this is the best you can do, then I might well not waste my time. My turn.
Shiloh: Uh Oh...
Emma: Stand your ground. It's coming.
Sophia: Draw. Charge and Draw. I buddycall to the right. Stellar Deity, Astraeus "REB".
Astraeus REB enters play.
Ion: I haven't seen that card in a while. Stellar Deity, Astraeus "REB" huh?
Sophia: I also equip... (pays 1 gauge & 1 life) Bow Of Starry Nights, Artemis Arrow.
Sophia equips a new Artemis Arrow with arrows stored behind her.
Daryl: Tch. Copycat.
Masato: Umm, hello? Trickstar also uses a bow.
Daryl: A crossbow, might I add, Masato. A crossbow!!!
Masato: (Calms him down) Okay, geez.
Sophia: With this, my right and left monsters' abilities can't be neutralised. And further, Astraeus prevents them from being destroyed or returned to the hand. Call to the center and left. Lailaps and Melampus.
The two monsters appear.
Ion: Sophia just summoned a whole squad to foray!!!
Sophia: I cast. Symbel Gard. Since Brethen Gard is in my dropzone, I don't have to pay cost and draw two cards. And now, I set the spell. Eternal Fate, Frozen Night.
With that spell set, everything on Shiloh's field suddenly froze to Ice. Everyone's surprised.
Shiloh: What the?
Sophia: Until the end of this fight, you cannot use any of your card abilities on the field.
Note: Back then, it's nullifying abilities. But nowadays, there are cards that block nullifying, so I created cards that block even cards that prevent nullifying abilities.
Shiloh: What?
Josiah: She can do that???
Judah: That's Not Fair!!!
Elijah: I should know...She's the one who beat me in the Second Round.
Micah: Wha? Why didn't you tell us?
Elijah: The situation didn't call for it, for crying out loud.
Daryl: If Shiloh can't use any of her skills, her soul won't bump up at all.
Masato: She totally blocked her playstyle!!!
Hou & Garga watch with stern fear.
Sophia: It doesn't matter how many hand cards you have. It's worthless when you can't use any abilities. Astraeus, activate your ability now.
Astraeus aura farms, and so did the other cards.
Sophia: With this, all of my cards gain 10000 power and defense, and triple attack. And because I have a star on my left and right, followed by a set spell, I gain 1 life and draw a card.
Ion: Say what? That means Sophia can attack twelve times!!! And Shiloh can't use any of her card abilities.
Sophia: I'll start. And I get to draw a card too. (Shoots)
Tako: Whoa!!! Artemis Arrow can attack even with a monster in the center.
Shiloh's been pierced right towards her chest.
Shiloh's Life: 9 -> 8
Sophia shoots two more times, and both of them hit.
Sophia: Astraues REB, get her.
Astraues attacks.
Shiloh: I cast, Insanity Chevre. (Blocks) Not only does it block, but Astraeus cannot attack further.
Micah: Say what?
Judah: Oh yeah. Shiloh can still use her hand.
Daryl: In buddyfight, you don't necessarily have to use cards on your field to win.
Masato: For Share.
Hou: With Insanity Cherve, she was able to reduce the number of attacks there is.
Garga: But it doesn't change the fact that Sophia has 6 more attacks incoming.
Sophia: Lailaps. Attack the fighter.
Lailaps attacks and deals 2 damage twice. And the last one.
Shiloh: I cast. Red Riding Shield. (Blocks) I gain 2 life and 2 gauge. If Emma's on the field, I draw two cards and place a hand card into a soul. I choose Slayer Biblio.
Ion: Whoa. Shiloh survived with just 4 life left. And Melampus only has a critical of 1. Meaning it can't finish her off.
Sophia: Tch. You're only delaying the inevitable. I might as well wipe out your monsters then. Melampus. Get rid of Henry.
Melampus defeats Henry.
Sophia: Get rid of Emma next.
Emma is hit but revives with Soulguard. Melampus attacks Emma again.
Shiloh: Here I cast, Obstinacy Drink, Bunny Call.
The Bunny Call drink is thrown towards a confused Emma as she catches it.
Emma: What? Why do I need a drink? Oh well. (Drinks) Whoa, that's good.
But Melampus' attacks still remain and destroy Emma. Or so it was, when Emma just revived herself all of a sudden.
Sophia: What?
Shiloh: Bunny Call ensures Emma remains in the game.
Masato: A drink can do that?
Hou: (Awkward smile) In this case, yes.
Sophia: Cheap trick, but it doesn't change the fact that you still can't do a thing. My turn is now over.
Ion: Shiloh may have survived this turn. But thanks to Frozen Night, her card abilities are still frozen in place. How will she respond to the Ice Queen's unstopable might?
Shiloh draws, charges, and draws. She notices what she drew in shock and then smiles. She grabs the card towards her chest.
Shiloh: (sigh) You know. There is one stubborn guy I know. Two stubborn guys, actually. They both constantly look out for me. Something that made me feel annoyed and warm at the same time.
Sophia: What does that mean?
Shiloh: They always think they know best. But I can't say that I'm not grateful. Because without them, I wouldn't have made it this far.
Hou: Shiloh...
Sophia: Enough stalling. Hurry up so we can get on with this.
Shiloh: What is it that you said again? You see no progress in me, right? Then how's this from someone with no progress? Reset Button.
Shiloh increases her gauge to 4.
Shiloh: And now I cast. An Illusion's Miracle.
The spell glows bright and blinds everyone, including the stands.
Ion: Ah!!! What's going on?
Shiloh: By paying 2 gauge and 1 hand card, I get to add one card of my choice from my deck to my hand. And I know just the one. (Reveals) My own spell. Shiloh's Feathers of Truth.
With that said, the spell creates tons of swirling feathers at Sophia and Emma's monsters!!! Thus returning them to the owners' hands. Everyone's shocked.
Sophia: What???
Shiloh: Your cards may have prevented me from activating my cards on my field. But that's only useful when you have Star monsters on your left and right.
Sophia: Then that means!!!
Shiloh: Now that you have no monsters on the field, you can't use Frozen Midnight's all. And I can use my ability again.
Masato: She played a card that allows her to add any spell to her hand?
Daryl: And she even removed Sophia's forces without even trying!!!
Hou is there looking glad with crossed arms. He remembers earlier when he was outside Shiloh's waiting room and wanted to give her a hand. But remembering his past actions made him unable to do so with guilt. So he writes a note, places a card, and the note inside a letter, and slides it under the door.
The memory ends, and Elijah is also remembering a moment. Apparently, after Hou leaves, Elijah was outside and noticed Hou walking away. He was confused before knocking on Shiloh's Door. Shiloh answers, and this is what happened.
Past Shiloh: You want to help me out?
Past Elijah: Sophia's a strong opponent, and seeing that I lost to her, I thought, Why not give you a hand. And did you know that Hou was outside your door as well?
Past Shiloh: Is he?
Then Shiloh notices the same letter on the floor. She opens it, and it has a card and a note inside. That card was "An Illusion's Miracle". She was surprised before proceeding to read the note.
Hou: (Offscreen) Should you need help, this card shall come to your aid. It will arrive in your darkest hour.
After reading the note, she smiles sadly and thinks to herself, "You never stop, do you?". Elijah then gave Shiloh all he knew about Sophia's playstyle. And thus made her ready to take Sophia on. Back to the present, Sophia grunts.
Sophia: So you've done your homework.
Shiloh: More or less. With my spell's effect, I summon three monsters into battle. Emma, Alice, and Jordan. Revive.
And thus, Emma, Alice, and Jordan were summoned at no cost.
Emma: We're back in the game.
Alice & Jordan: And it feels good to be back.
Ion: Incredible. Shiloh summoned three new monsters into battle. And now that Frozen Midnight is out of the way, Shiloh's set spell and item are reactivated.
Shiloh: Emma. Finish Sophia off.
Emma: (Attacks) With a critical of 4.
Sophia: (Blocks) I cast. Holy Grail. Just because I have no monsters doesn't mean I can't do anything.
Emma: Double attack.
Sophia: I cast. Light of Guidance. (Reduce Damage)
Daryl: This game is practically over. Even if she defends, Alice and Jordan can still attack. Two of the hand cards were practically monsters since Sophia removed Lailaps from her hand.
Shiloh: Alice. Finish her off.
Alice attacks, and Sophia watches her attacking while saying, "You haven't seen the last of me," before taking the hit. Sophia loses.
Ion: Game End. Winner. Shiloh Nelson.
The Crowd Cheers. Shiloh's Siblings cheer. Hou's Friends cheer.
Ion: Unbelievable. Shiloh was frozen in place for a split second until she pulled an uno reverse and brought home the win. No wonder she's the child star of Shiloh & Bros, because she's amazing.
Shiloh: (Lets out a relieved sigh) I did it.
Emma: Nice One, Shiloh.
Shiloh: (Nods) But I really need to thank...
Shiloh turns to see Hou & Garga are gone. This made her a bit worried before letting out a sad but happy sigh.
Shiloh: It's my turn, huh?
Later, Elijah hands that something to Hou in one of the hallways.
Hou: What's this?
Elijah: Shiloh asked me to give it to you. You know, you two are quite similar even after breaking up. But seriously, you gotta man up sometimes. (Walks away)
Hou: I suppose...
When Hou opens his gift, what he notices is a collage of pictures of the times he & Shiloh spent together. Happiest memories, so to speak. So many beautiful smiles. This made Hou quite surprised and then smile with happy tears.
Hou: Thank you...(Hugs the collage in warmth)
